Andrew York, PharmD, JD Health Insurance Specialist, Patient Care Models Group Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services Andrew York is a pharmacist and attorney in Patient Care Models Group (PCMG) in the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation (CMMI). Andrew works on the program team for the CMS Oncology Care Model (OCM) where he led the development of the OCM Quality Strategy and work around novel and specialty drugs. Andrew serves as a subject matter expert on OCM clinical and quality measures and specialty therapies. Prior to working at CMMI, Andrew was an ORISE Health Policy Fellow at the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Office of Disease Prevention and Health Promotion (ODPHP) where he helped develop the HHS National Action for Adverse Drug Event Prevention. Andrew received his PharmD from the University of Maryland School of Pharmacy and his JD from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law.

Andrew York is a pharmacist and attorney in Patient Care Models Group (PCMG) in the Center for
