My goal is to be part of a company that is looking toward the future and having the opportunity to find ways to improve energy standards. I have been involved in the electric motor industry full time for 9 years and have been around it for 27 years. Trying to and exploring new methods, thinking outside the industry standards is my main focus. I have had the opportunity to work for and learn from some of the most successful people in the electric motor industry and have also had the experience of doing and learning almost every job in the industry. I learned how to rewind electric motors up to 500 HP, became the shops manual machinist, and finally became the lead DC Motor Mechanic and Tech serving all the major elevator companies Otis, Thyssen-Krupp, Schindler, Kone, and American Elevator. The elevator industry jobs I got to work on were some of the most challenging and difficult jobs in the industry. Motor/Generator Sets, Rewinding Gearless DC Motor Armatures on location. I made the choice to move to Colorado and get some experience in the sales side of the industry. I was involved with Electric Motors all the way up to 15k Volts, 4160 volts, 100 Horse Power all the way up To 30,000 Horse Power. I have experience in selling medium voltage motors, soft starts, variable frequency drives, submersible pumps, gearboxes with Philadelphia Gear, Wind Generators, and AC Induction Motors. Having the knowledge of electrical rewinding, ac and dc motor repair skills, pump repair skills, manual machining knowledge, repair time, and cost efficient decision making skills allowed me to build relationships with key decision makers in many companys. I am looking to be involved with one industry instead of having so many industries and applications that takes away all the time and opportunity to make improvements and productive changes.
Photos 1 and 2 are a DC Gearless Elevator Motor Complete Rewind on location with stoning and turning and undercutting the commutator on location. Photos 3 and 4 are a GE DC Traction motor with all new coils and brush holders replaced and resodered with the armature turned undercut and tested with new bearings.

Graduated 3.0 GPA, Achievements included 2005 3A Oklahoma State Football Champions, 2006 4A Oklahoma State Baseball Champions. Received a full athletic scholarship to play baseball at Redlands Community College one of the top ten junior college teams in the country. Hold the record for most games started at Tuttle High School in Baseball 164. One of only 2 freshmen in school history to start on the High School Varsity Baseball team. Great experience for me being 14 years old playing with all 18 year old seniors I learned how to adapt and be self confident very quickly.

Accepted a full scholarship for baseball to play and go to school at Redlands. Knee injuries ended my career in the second year. I chose to go to work for Capitol Electric in Oklahoma City and start a career.
