PRIMARY 6 PRELIMINARY EXAMINATION 2018 Dear Parents/Guardians,

1. The details of the Primary 6 Preliminary Examination 2018 timetable can be found in ANNEX A. You can also find a copy of the timetable and the assessment scope on our school website.

2. All ANDrich and supplementary lessons will stand down on Wednesday, 15 August 2018

and resume on Monday, 10 September 2018. All Higher Mother Tongue Languages lessons will continue except on Wednesday, 15 August 2018 and Wednesday, 29 August 2018. Foundation English Language and Foundation Mathematics lessons on Thursday afternoons will be conducted as per normal except on Thursday, 23 August 2018.

3. All examination scripts will be returned to your child/ward latest by Wednesday,

5 September 2018. Your child/ward will be receiving his/her report slip and report book on Wednesday, 12 September 2018.

4. The school seeks the cooperation of all parents/guardians to monitor the progress of

your child/ward and to ensure that he/she has adequate rest during this assessment period.
