As one of the premier residential facilities for special education in New York State, the staff and administration of Anderson Center for Autism prides itself on providing the highest quality programs possible for children and adults with autism and other related developmental disabilities.

We employ professionals in the Special Education, Clinical, and Health services fields. Salaries in these positions are competitive with local school districts.

The Direct Support positions in both our educational and residential components offer a competency based salary program which provides increase at 6 months, 12 months and 18 months of employment.

We also have employment opportunities in the following fields: administration, fiscal, clerical, custodial, food services and maintenance.
