The Parish Nurse Programs at

St. Elizabeth Seton will not be held during the months of July & August.

If you need to have your blood pressure checked, please feel free to go the Parish Nurse Main office at 107 Alsace St. in Manchester at the Parish of the Transfiguration. Please call their office at 663-8004 for the hours they are

open Tuesday through Thursday.

Women’s Book Group Meeting

Thursday, July 18th We invite you to join the women's book group on

Thursday, July 18th for our summer gathering!

We will be discussing Jan Karon's heartwarming book,

"At Home in Mitford" at a home on Lake Sargent in

Belmont, NH. Our potluck and discussion will be from

11 to 1. You are welcome to come earlier or stay later

old friends who are looking for community and

office to obtain a sponsor form to serve as a godpar-

ent for Baptism or a sponsor for Confirmation.

The requirements of a sponsor for either of these

sacraments is that the person is fully initiated (that is

Baptized, Confirmed and received Eucharist) and are

actively practicing their faith. Unless you are regis-

tered in the parish, we do not have this information

readily available.

Service Opportunity for Adults/Families

Café 1269 St. Elizabeth Seton Parishioners have been preparing, delivering, and serving a meal on the

2nd Sunday of each month to Café 1269 in Manchester. Do you and/or your family have a couple of

hours on the 2nd Sunday of the month? OR you don't have time, but want to be part of this outreach

program by donating food or money. You can find links to sign up at our website at

New Horizons A soup kitchen and homeless shelter in Manchester is looking for help on the 2nd and 4th

Sundays of the month. Needed: People willing to pick up surplus food from Trader Joes

and deliver to New Horizons between 9:30 and 10:00 a.m. To get involved, please contact

St. Raphael’s Food Pantry

Stock shelves & help distribute food to clients

New Horizons They receive five shipments from area supermarkets and need lots of help sorting food and making boxes
