Sept 1st REQS = Minimum 3.0 College GPA
Minimum 3.5 HS GPA Home schooled student = minimum 26 ACT A.S. earned by date of HS graduation No criminal record/Citizenship required
$1250 max per semester (for New Century scholars graduating 2011)
