The SEC announced on December 21 that the Federal court in New York had permanently enjuined American Bioculture, Inc. from violations of the antifraud, proxy and reporting provisions of the Federal securities law with regard to placing of funds of American Bioculture for compensating balances for loans. COURT ENFORCEMENT ACTION
