SPONSORED CONTENTWelcoming America engages a network of business and civic leaders in over 200 members that together represent over 500 communities. To reach this valuable cohort, we offer a program of “Sponsored Content,” where ongoing or one-time programming, including webinars, emails, videos, and events featuring news content are co-written with a sponsoring entity. Examples include a webinar on how a bank supports financial literacy, a video on how to engage in inclusive municipal planning sponsored by a consulting firm, and a booklet for real estate brokers on how to engage immigrant homebuyers. Welcoming America’s experts on marketing on inclusion will directly participate with the sponsor in content creation.

DIRECT MARKETINGIn addition to custom content, businesses can have their products directly marketed to our network as paid advertisements. This can include links in emails, advertisements within our videos, or sections of our website of products and services that would be of interest to our valuable network of members. As with the sponsored content, our team can work with the advertiser directly in creating this content and provide analytics.

SPONSORED CERTIFICATIONWelcoming America has launched an innovative program called Certified Welcoming. This program, based on the Welcoming Standard, puts forward the smart policies and partnerships that give communities the welcoming edge, and enabling companies within these locales to better attract and retain a diverse workforce. Sponsors can underwrite either individual cities or a cohort of communities going through the certification process. Marketing and promotional materials announcing the certification will feature the sponsoring company, and the sponsoring company will also be able to directly engage with leaders from the city or cohort.

CUSTOM PROGRAMMINGIn addition to these offerings, our team can generate custom programming, including trainings on such topics as recruiting and retaining a diverse workforce, marketing around welcoming messages, and promotional materials on why welcoming is fundamental to corporate values.

WELCOMING AMERICA BUSINESS COUNCILThe Welcoming America Business Council is a group of businesses committed to being welcoming and inclusive to all. These businesses are led by CEOs and owners who recognize the competitive advantage of a diverse workforce. Councilmembers gain access to a network of business leaders that are similarly situated, have opportunities to present on panels at events for business leaders, are provided with promotional materials that they can feature on physical or digital storefronts, and receive special rates for premium sponsorship opportunities.
