In this presentation, I’m going to present points about Ancient Rome, Which are:

Religion

Architecture

Government

Polytheism

The Roman Religion

was mainly based on

the Polytheism. Which

Is the worship of many

Gods.

Jupiter, Tano, Neptune Apollo,

What was Religion

based on?It had many different

parts and was primarily based on the worship of

many gods.

It was same as the Greeks having same gods and legends.

However had developed more gods as they

developed.

Roman Temples

Temples was another important part of Religion.

They consumed a lot of time to build temples and

used them to worship gods.

Were mainly build by gods and for some of the

important emperors.

GovernmentThe Roman Government

lasted two thousand years.

They had a very organized system and not

a democracy like the Greeks.

There were different positions to control the

government.

The Romans had many laws with negative and positive points.They were very strict if a Law was broken.Everything was judged fairly legally.

Government Affect To The Society

Like the Greek civilization government had a great affect to the society.

The type of social classes affected the society in a negative way.

Overtime the society developed

Domes and Arches were commonly used in religious buildings.

Roads and bridges

Emperors and gods

Purpose of Architecture

Many purposes which include Political, religious and decoration.

Cultural styles relating to the religion

Building temples and monuments

Material

Coliseum was one of the best example of the Ancient Roman Architecture and the Material they used.

Religion+ economical advantages.

They produced different kind of material the major one was concrete.
