many interesting people, places and things to learn more about! Now, is your time to go on a

research exploration of your own!

What you need to know: • Select one topic from sections 1-3.• Get topic approved by Mrs. Iavarone/Smeins• Research approved topic with partner, take notes (in

your own words on your research recording sheet) • Laptops will be available for researching purposes• Create a schedule to stay focused• Cite your research • Design a creative way of presenting your research.

Minimum of EIGHT facts must be included. • At least one visual must be included • Presentations should be no shorter than 5 minutes and

no longer than 15 minutes• Presentations will take place on Feb. 7th and 8th. • Project worth: 50 points
