A RESOLUTION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF ANCHORAGE PROTESTING THEBEVERAGE DISPENSARY LIQUOR LICENSE RENEWAL FOR ANNA'S PLACE.

THE ANCHORAGE ASSEMBLY RESOLVES:

Section 1: That according to the Bar Violations/Quarterly Reports and relatedmaterials submitted with AM 517-2000, Anna's Place has a significant and seriousnumber of violations warranting a protest of the renewal. Violations include allowingunderaged persons to enter and remain on the premises, allowing underaged personsto purchase and consume alcohol, failing to control and police the parking area toprevent fights, failing to ensure employees have the required TAMS card, and servingalcohol to intoxicated persons.

Section 2: That the Municipal Assembly hereby protests the license renewal.

Section 3: That this resolution is effective immediately upon passage and

approval.
