INFERENCES-1. The structure of the RFP was concise and accurate and can be used2. The selection of quality cum cost basis with a distribution of 80% and 20% for technical bid and financial bid respectively can be used in the RFP for Janpath metro station as this allows a more flexibility in determining the appropriate consultant keeping varied qualifications into consideration3. The clause of similar works of either 1 work with similar value/ 2 works of half the value/ 3 works of a determined value can be used in the RFP to be prepared4. Three- envelope system can be adopted as this allows step wise elimination of applicants at fault5. Scope of work during different project stages has been detailed appropriately 6. Credentials of team leader and team members of the proposed engaged team can be incorporated as this allows choice of appropriate execution team along with a competitive company association7. 70% of marks has been allotted to the presentation during the technical bid. This would allow a lot of flexibility to choose and also allow the applicants to present varied proposals
