More Work Trips ! ! Recent work trips are mak- ing big progress. Mark’s house is sided, painted, roofed and sheetrocked. Luke’s house is sided and flooring is going down, but there is so much left to do, and so little time. John’s house has soffit & fascia. There’s one room to com- plete at Matthew’s Check your calendar and plan to come as many weekends as possible be- tween now and Christmas. Some trips will be special purpose, but most will have work for all volun- teers of all skill levels. EXTRA TRIP OCT 31.  Yes we know it is Halloween, and there are lots of activi- ties at home, but this trip is needed to do some catch up work. This is a trip for workers with the following skills: Trim carpentry, electrical, plumb- ing, drywall. A group of 10 to 12 people can help get the rooms ready for painters, and carpeting, and floor tiles. Bring your own lunch or plan to enjoy the Mexican restau- rant in Smith Point. Come just for morning, just for the afternoon, or all day, but please come if you have these skills. One refrigerator is still needed, one gas stove and one water heater. Two kitchen tables /4 chairs, two more with 6+ chairs are also on the list. Please no clothing or used linens. Kitchen wares for the four houses will be selected at Target registry and perhaps at Wal- mart too. The names will be Matthew Smith Point, Mark Smith Point, Luke Smith Point, John Smith Point.
