contracted by the Township to provide an unprecedented level of support to builders, including:• FREE initial consultation• FREE plan evaluations (NRCan P file)• Dedicated phone support• Dedicated email support• Fixed final testing rate (NRCan N file)• Assistance with all in-market rebate applications• CMHC program information for marketing• Access to unique product costing tool• Direct documentation submission to NRCan

New Marketing Direction Surveyed home buyers south of the Fraser River to

learn attitudes and opinions on energy efficiency

• 90% said energy efficiency is important• 80% would like to see an EnerGuide label on the homes they

consider for purchase• 77% said they’d be more likely to purchase a home knowing it

has been rated as energy efficient• 62% said they’d be willing to pay more for an energy efficient

home
