categories during Ramazan nationally.

People have claimed to use more of Cooking Oil/Ghee and Milk in Ramazan in comparison to other months due to heavy frying and consumption of milk in various forms.
Water and Lassi are the most consumed cold beverages during Sehri, while Red Syrups and water remain to be Pakistan’s favorite choice during Iftari.
