The honorary life mem-bershipawardisPiSigmaEpsilon'smostprestigiousand highest award. It isintended to distinguishthose PSE members whohaveconsistentlymadeanoutstanding contributionto the fraternity, the pro-fession of sales and mar-keting,andto thewelfareoftheircommunity.Since1952,only25peoplehave
receivedthisaward.Wehonoredanoutstandingmemberas our 26th recipient, Sarah Baker Andrus. Her father,EugeneBaker,wasinattendancetoseeherreceiveherhonorinOrlando.
Sarah Baker Andrus is the director ofexternalrelationsandacademicprogramsfor Vector Marketing. In that role, sheleads Vector’s outreach to the academiccommunity, managing the company’sbrand and public image, and serves ascorporatespokespersontothemedia.
In 1992, the same year she joinedVectorMarketing,SarahfoundPiSigmaEpsilonand became a corporate partner. In thepast19years,Sarahhasmadenearlyeverynationalconvention.Duringthepast8years,SarahhasservedontheNationalCouncil,PSE’sgoverningboard. Her passion for PSE, her counsel and advice, heradvocacy of PSE and her commitment to excellence havemadeher an invaluableboardmember and leaderof thisfraternity.
ThehallmarkofSarah’sinvolvementinPSEisthePro-AmSell-a-Thon®.In2003,SarahenthusiasticallyembracedtheideaoftakingthePro-AmSell-a-Thon®tothenextlevelbycommitting more funding to the program. This allowedPSE to extend the sales competition from once a year atconvention toall the regional conferences,and improving
the overall value of the program to the students and ourcorporate partners. She is a keymember on the Pro-Amcommittee and throughher efforts andVector’s contribu-tions;theprogramhasgrownfromservingtensofstudentstoseveralhundredstudentseachyear.Additionally,stu-dentswhoparticipatenowreceiveworldclasssalestrain-ingfromthepreeminentproviderofworldclasssalestrain-ing,MillerHeiman.
Sarah’scontributionstosalesgowellbeyondPSE.Sheisasoughtaftermemberoftheentirecollegiatesalescommu-nity.Heryearsofexperienceinworkingwithcollegesandprofessorshavegivenherareputationasthe“goto”personindirectselling.Infact,thedirectsellingliveorganizationhasrankedSarahnumber21ofthetop50influencersinthe
collegiate sales arena for her numerousachievements in bringing real life salesexperiences and training to college stu-dents.
In her professional career, Sarah is anaccomplished executive with a provenabilitytoexecuteandprovideleadershipfororganizationalchange.
Sarahholdsbothabachelor’sdegreeandamaster’sdegreefromtheUniversityofMaryland. She has a special interest incareer choices, job search strategies andstaff development, and has written and
spokenextensivelyon these issues. In addi-tion to herworkwithVector and PSE, Sarah is an activecommunityvolunteer.Sheservesontheboardsofseveralnational professional associations and local organizations.ShejustfinishedhertermaspresidentoftheSiegelJewishCommunity Center in Wilmington, Delaware where shelives.SarahhasbeenmarriedtoherhusbandBrianfor28yearsandhastwosonsSamandEthan.
In her spare time, Sarah loves to create jewelry and hasbecomeamarathonrunner.I thinkweallneedtobecomemarathonrunnerstokeepupwithSarah.

TheretreatwillbetakingplacefromAugust5-7,2011.Allcur-rentPSEchapterpresidentsare invited toMilwaukee,WIforaweekendofnetworking,learningandFUN!Presidentswill learnnewthingstoexpectfromPSEintheupcomingyear, practice motivational techniques, and gain a betterunderstandingofprojectplanning and implementation toassist with membership recruitment and motivation. Theretreatwillalsoprovideguestspeakersandroundtabledis-cussions.Thiswillgivethepresidentsachancetocommu-nicateandlearnfromeachother.

Why is PSE doing a membership directory?
Adirectorywillenableyoutofindandkeepintouchwithold friendsandcolleagues. Also,becauseyournameandbiographicalinformationwillbelistedalongwiththoseofothermembers,itwillbeeasyforthemtocontactyou.Thisdirectory projectwill assist PSEHeadquarters in keepingthemostaccurateandup-to-datedatabaseonallmembers.
How often will PSE publish a directory?We plan to publish a directory approximately every fiveyearsinordertoupdateandmaintaincurrentinformation.

wherehereceivedadegreeinAccountingandManagement.EricwasthechapterpresidentofhisPiKappaAlphafrater-
nityandwasresponsibleforreducingtheir budget significantly, increasedtheirrevenueandincreasedthechap-ter’sphilanthropic events. Why was I asked to contact Publishing Concepts (PCI) to update my information?WehaveselectedPCI,withofficesinDallas,toproduceournewdirectory. PCI has been incorporated under the PCIname since 1982 and is a privately-held, family-run busi-ness.PCIpartnerswith17ofthetop25universitiesasratedby US News and World Report including Princeton,Harvard,andGeorgetown.
When can I expect to hear from PCI?Mondays through Fridays, PCI makes calls beginning at8:00a.m.andcontinuinguntil about9:00p.m., inall timezones.Theymaytrytocontactyouatworkduringtheday,orintheeveningorduringtheweekendathome.Saturdays,theymaycallfrom8:30a.m.to5:30p.m.;whileonSundaystheydon’tmaketheirfirstphonecallsuntil1:00p.m.

Who should I contact if I have questions regarding the accuracy of my listing in the directory?You should contact PCI directly, since they are currentlyworkingtoupdateourlist.Theyhavededicatedatoll-freenumber specifically for our members. If my name is listed in the directory, am I obligated to purchase a copy?Although everyonewill be given the opportunity to pur-chase their own copy of the directory, your namewill belistedregardlessofwhetherornotyoudecidetopurchaseacopy. You should also know that only members will beofferedachancetopurchaseadirectory.
What if I don’t want to be listed in the directory? What if I don’t want certain pieces of information listed?PCIcanstillupdateyourinformationforus,butwillhonoryour specific request to exclude all or parts of your bio-graphicaldatafromthepublication.
How much will the directory cost and when can I expect to receive a copy?Softbound Print Edition will be available at $89.95 plus$9.95shippingandhandling.CDEditionwillbeavailableat$89.95 plus $9.95 shipping and handling.
