An Independent Non Profit Making Charity Reg No 1133612
Slide 2
The Undentable Trust is an independent, non profit making,
family charity, which has been set up to honour Captain Mark Hale.
Mark was an incredible family man and an inspirational soldier who
was killed in Afghanistan on 13th August 2009. Mark lived his dream
and died doing the job he loved. The Trust has been founded with
the simple objective that Mark would want as his legacy: To help
whoever he could and to always give his best
Slide 3
The Undentable Trust deals specifically with members of the
British forces and their families that have been affected in some
way by the military operations now, past and into the future
conflict zones across the globe. Mark was a fantastic Dad who loved
spending quality time with his girls whether it be kite surfing,
rowing or riding their bikes but he also always found time to raise
money for a worthy cause. Mark also was the first to organise or
volunteer to take on another challenge whilst on an operational
tour, in Iraq it was a sponsor cycle ride around the perimeter of
the base, in Afghanistan in the middle of Helmand Province it is
was static rowing machine. When Mark died he left a huge void in
all of our lives so we have taken his enthusiasm and drive to help
those who need it the most. We, as a family know the affect of a
death on the loved ones that have suffered and the soldiers
rebuilding their lives, and we are determined to make a positive
out of our tragedy.

The Trust delivers support through 2 Principle Organisations
Royal British Legion The Rifles Benevolent Fund Care for Casualties
And The Launch of our own Holiday Home In addition we have been
raising funds for our own very important project to support
bereaved families more directly than through these charities
Slide 5
Royal British Legion: The Undentable Trust has contributed to
Royal British Legion and provided the funds to send our injured and
recovering forces personnel on a much needed break with their
families, our aim......to give them back a week of fun in a safe
and secure environment where they can enjoy family life whilst
adjusting. LOGO
Slide 6
Care for Casualties We have provided grants to Care For
Casualties, we have helped secure the funding of those little
extras that give a soldier his self esteem such as, hand pedalled
pushbikes, stair lifts, ramps into the house.
Slide 7
It is simple, because we can, because we want to and mostly
because we have the support of others that allows us too. Captain
Mark Hale was an exceptional soldier and family man who also found
time to fundraise for worthy causes and The Undentable Trust is our
legacy to him and others. We have said since the beginning Mark lit
a Torch when he was alive and that Torch will continue to burn
through us and what we can achieve when we work together. Nothing
gives us more Pride and pleasure than helping those families that
have to endure that long and painful journey we have also had to
tread. We hope our torch makes their road a little easier and
lighter so that they know they do not stand alone. We will be
alongside them as much or as little as they want or need us.
