CHAPTER ONE

The enemy within and above… and their appalling global game-plan for all of us

Before I lay before you my personal experience of what happened in 1982, you will need to understand what is actually happening in the world today and what’s going on behind the illusory mask that is our phony and supposedly democratic political process, whether in Britain or elsewhere.  And you also need to understand the simple and very effective stratagem of ‘Problem- Reaction- Solution’ and how this is being used against all of us, all of the time, as we are steered unwittingly towards a tyrannical future that George Orwell would immediately recognise.    Presently, the evidence is overwhelming that there is a global and secretive tier of corporate influence and central financial control…a sort of global mafia if you like…that operates at a strategic level high above the daily machinations of the world’s politicians and decision-makers.  For this unlawful tier of influence and control to be able to remain hidden and anonymous, it is vital that it creates for itself the right set of conditions for its globalist and totalitarian ambitions to thrive whilst keeping the ordinary people – that’s us – wholly in the dark and completely oblivious to its very existence.  This covert web of mass deception and intrigue includes the increasing dependance upon the now thoroughly discredited ‘divide and rule’ system of having a myriad of carefully controlled and diverse political parties.  Sensible people nowadays are realising this and are becoming increasingly disillusioned with party politics as they see their friends, relatives and neighbours all becoming more and more fractious and partisan with their positional politics.  Today, when people should be uniting around the proven truth, all we are seeing is more and more division as our collective ignorance and stupidity is allowed to prevail…which, of course, is just what the corporate globalists want.  However, for this hidden and burgeoning tier of global control to truly prosper, it has to use the afore-mentioned and age-old strategy of ‘Problem-Reaction-Solution’.  So, how does this stratagem of outright deceit work? Actually, it’s all ridiculously simple!  You create a problem that frightens people into reacting by demanding that something must be done about it and then you offer a solution that would never have been considered acceptable had you not created that problem in the first place.  In other words, to get the ordinary people to accept and submit to your criminal agenda of globalised corporate control, you must first scare the hell out of them using fear, deception and total lies.  All very simple!  And all very effective!

But what is the real reason for the existence of this hidden global tier of influence and control and who’s actually behind it?   The answers, again, are very simple.

Hiding behind a thick veil of lies, distractions, subterfuge and outright criminality to protect their anonymity, there is a corporatocracy made up of a private, powerful and business alliance of dynastic families and wealthy individuals (called the ‘Deep State’ by most credible and informed researchers) that have the global and fiscal reach, not to mention ambition, to be able to control the United Nations, the entire central banking system and nearly every religion, parliament, court and university in the world.

Hiding behind a thick veil of lies, distractions, subterfuge and outright criminality to protect their anonymity, there is a private, powerful and corporate alliance of dynastic families and wealthy individuals (called the ‘Deep State’ or the ‘New World Order’ by most credible and informed researchers) that have the global reach and ambition to be able to control the United Nations, the entire central banking system and nearly every religion, parliament, court and university in the world.                                          These unelected and completely unaccountable corporate globalists are able to achieve all of this by setting up or influencing an inter-locking network of very secretive, elitist and influential ‘think-tanks’ including the Committee of 300 (The Olympians), the Bilderberg Group, the Trilateral Commission, the Club of Rome, the Pilgrims, the Royal Institute for International Affairs (Chatham House/Tavistock Institute) and the Council on Foreign Relations.  It doesn’t matter whether your government is democratically elected or not, it will ultimately take its orders from this ruling but invisible cartel of global financial and corporate power.   But how has this immense power shift been allowed to happen?  Again, very simple!  They are in the driving seat because they control, by completely fraudulent means, the world’s money supply (for how this is done, please read Real Greens v Fake Greens (Part Two) – The Truth about Money

Creation and Banking).  And to ensure that there is complete public ignorance about all of this, the same criminal mind-set owns, controls and/or manipulates all the global information, entertainment and social media industries including, of course, all of the mainstream news outlets including…and especially…the BBC. The ultimate goal of these unelected and unaccountable globalists is very simple…and very frightening.  Adhering to the teachings of Thomas Malthus (1766-1834) concerning ‘top down’ population reduction by the privileged class, this hidden deep state is always seeking ways to radically and unlawfully reduce the world’s population of what they consider to be ’useless eaters’ whilst designing – using the very latest technologies – an Orwellian future of global corporate control and governance for those of us who are left.  Sounds too fantastic to be true?  I’m afraid

which, in turn, has now been upgraded and updated into UN Agenda 2030 for ‘transforming the world’ by fully embracing ‘sustainable development’.

Mentor for the Fake Greens Their message is brutal and extremely clear.  We’re constantly being told by mainstream (that is corporate Deep State controlled) politics, academia and the media that the world’s population, with all its desires and aspirations, is just too big for the sustainable use of the world’s natural and finite resources and that drastic steps must now be taken to fully address this issue.  On almost a daily basis, we see pictures of absolute squalor and poverty in shanty towns that are being increasingly attached to the growing ‘mega-cities’ of the world, including many in wealthy developed countries.  We also regularly see heart-breaking footage of rich and diverse habitats, such as the rain forests, being bulldozed and destroyed to meet the corporate needs of the global food conglomerates. There’s no other way of looking at it, the picture presented by the mainstream media does indeed look bleak. But before we all become signed up supporters of Thomas Malthus, let’s just do one simple statistical exercise that will put this issue completely into perspective and which should quickly apply the brakes to our growing despair.  Imagine you have four standard tennis courts side by side – this will give you a combined area of roughly one quarter of an acre which is more than enough for one human-being to live on and to be able to grow and raise enough food in an organic and bio-supportable way.  Now, if every single human-being in the world today – that’s around 7.8 billion of us – was each given a quarter of an acre to live on, this would require a total land-mass area of around 1.95 billion acres. Sounds a lot, doesn’t it? Alright, let’s see what we can get for 1.95 billion acres.  Now, one square mile is equal to 640 acres.  So, let’s take a look at some of the biggest countries in the world.  The fifth biggest is

Brazil.  Brazil’s size is 3,227,095 square miles.  Multiply this figure by 640 and Brazil’s current acreage is 2,065,340,800.  So, this means the entire world’s population – with each individual having a quarter of an acre of land to live on – can easily fit within the confines of this one country.   And, when thinking about the rest of the world’s land-mass area, it is reassuring to know that the technologies and know-how do actually exist to green the world’s deserts into becoming rich fertile areas of major food production – and we have extremely good cases of this by studying, for example, what the Israelis have done over the past seventy years to parts of their seemingly barren land.  The essential truth is that we are not living in an over-crowded world – we just keep being told we are!  We just need to remove the deliberately flawed and contrived economic reasons as to why super-sized cities exist and why so much of humanity is now living in abject poverty in small confined areas.  We need to get people back onto the land in a thoroughly productive, organic and self-reliant way.  And we all need to live in full harmony with nature and not always to be fighting against it.  This is all possible if the people take back full control of money creation and money supply whilst shutting down or completely reforming the Deep State’s debt-creating money markets, the financial services industry and the whole of the private central banking system that’s run by the completely unelected and unaccountable Bank for International Settlements – an organisation that thrives on being secretive and virtually anonymous.   And in the background, waiting to be unleashed for the good of humanity, are the deliberately suppressed inventions of Nikola Tesla.  His alleged discovery of so-called ‘Free Energy’…that is the harnessing of infinite cosmic energy from the electromagnetic field surrounding the Earth…could soon become a reality if science was able to remove from itself the vested interests, restrictions and shackles placed upon it by the corporate profit-driven and agenda-driven Deep State. Unfortunately for all of us, pollution-creating energy generation – whether nuclear fission, oil, gas or coal – has always been the preferred and highly profitable option for ‘Big Business’.

This is clearly something that the Real Greens must immediately address, expose and put right.

But it has to be said, this amazing future potential of having infinite and clean energy supplies for everyone, coupled with the universal availability of sovereign debt-free and interest-free treasury money (as described in detail in Real Greens v Fake Greens (Part Two) – The Truth about Money

Creation and Banking), would completely transform the whole world for the better. And it would be a world that is completely free from the machinations of the corporate and financial Deep State!

However, the Fake Greens will never promote or even discuss either of these credible solutions for humanity (check out the Green Party’s website if you don’t believe me).  I’m sorry, but this is completely unacceptable. It would appear that these Fake Greens are happy to see people continue to suffer whilst helping to assemble a dark Orwellian 5G future of total control to serve the vested interests of this completely unelected and unaccountable Deep State!

 And it is especially sad to see how the ordinary green activists have absolutely no idea at all about what’s really going on.  Almost all of them are completely ignorant as to how they have been duped into supporting these concealed Malthusian plans to effectively cull the human race in any way possible to levels that the elitist Deep State deems ‘sustainable’ and ‘acceptable’ for the planet.  It is even sadder to see how the green movement as a whole has now put its trust in ego-driven ‘leaders’ who, with their lies, alarmism and outright refusal to look at the proven facts and solutions (yes, Caroline Lucas MP, this, I’m afraid, does include you as all my kept emails to you completely prove), have effectively deserted the very real values that were crucial in the setting up of this people’s crusade to prevent real harm being done to our beautiful and amazing home, the Earth, and to all of its living creatures…including us.

It is now time for the Real Greens to assert ourselves and to take back the true green narrative. It is also time for all of us, the ordinary people – people who just want to see the pursuit of truth, justice and compassion, not to mention the use of sane and human-scale economics and the common-sense nurturing of the world’s ecosystems – to come together and so prevail over these globalist ambitions of this malicious and controlling Deep State. Such an impetus to mobilise the truth would also provide the ideal opportunity for genuine scientists to then feel unfettered and safe enough to explain and explore the deliberately suppressed but proven solutions and technologies that are now so desperately needed by all the peoples of the world.   However, if the Real Greens do not take this glaring and fantastic opportunity to do what’s genuinely right for the whole world, then it will be no exaggeration to say that we will be looking down the gun barrel of all-out eco-fascism. This is something I was first warned about way back in 1989 by a Deep State researcher who knew exactly what was being planned for the human race.  I’m ashamed to say that I just laughed and instantly dismissed his seemingly absurd notion that green politics would eventually lead to all-out totalitarianism.   As we now struggle to

unravel the truth about what’s really going on, this illustrates the point very well that we can all make embarrassing misjudgements!  I just wish I knew this gentleman’s name so that I could now apologise for my rudeness, ignorance and outright arrogance!    What we are all witnessing today is a thoroughly contrived and fake global emergency. On almost a daily basis, we are being subjected to the increasing clamour of ‘climate emergency’ from the likes of Extinction Rebellion with their exaggerated and completely unfounded pronouncements that we only have ‘twelve years’ in which to ‘save the world’ from ‘climate chaos’ and ‘climate apocalypse’ and that we’re all facing an Armageddon-style ‘ecological shut-down’. The ‘options’ being given to us for our future are now being carefully channelled into the perfect ‘Problem-Reaction-Solution’ stratagem as the Deep State brigade ramps up the fear factor whilst getting the controlled opposition groups (many funded by the Deep State’s sinister ‘open society’ philanthropist, George Soros) to demand action from our equally controlled politicians who, in turn, will then meekly surrender to the Orwellian ‘solutions’ being offered for our carefully ‘planned’ and ‘sustainable’ future.

I know that this will make uncomfortable reading for all those well-meaning and trusting people caught up in Extinction Rebellion and for all those caring teachers who are now encouraging their children to come out of school ‘to stand up for the planet’. With the compelling evidence that’s there about the existence of this criminal deep state, I think it would better if the schools now stopped their programming of young minds and started to look at what’s really going on behind the green mask. They can simply dictate their terms to the world by having engineered over the centuries an international fiscal arrangement whereby a tiny number of private and dynastic individuals have the unlawful and immoral ability to be able to create, issue and control (largely through their private central banking system led by the Bank for International Settlements) nearly all of the world’s money. This is then done in such a way that deliberately causes very real money starvation and which, in turn, has resulted in massive and unsustainable ‘national debts’ as sovereign countries are compelled to take out completely unnecessary interest-bearing loans made up by this private financial sector.

And these ‘loans’ are totally made up with ‘money’ that has been created by the bankers quite literally out of thin air as debt. In other words, fresh air ‘fiat’ money has been created that is not backed up by anything tangible. This is called fraud! And this has resulted in an enormous…and completely unlawful…global debt being shackled onto the peoples of the world (the combined ‘national debts’ are now put at more than $240 trillion).  And we haven’t even mentioned the $1 quadrillion plus debt bubble in the unfathomable and casino-style Derivatives Market. It’s all completely insane…but all completely planned! For debt equals total control over our country and our day-to-day lives! And we’ve allowed this to happen because we’re all too busy and distracted chasing our tails to survive in this diabolical system that they’ve created for us.

Instead of living in a world of collective prosperity and happiness, we are living in a world of fear, extreme greed and desperate poverty. We are living in a world where we are forced to witness the insane distressing of our planet’s life-support ecosystems. And we are living in a world where just sixty-two obscenely wealthy individuals own as much as half of the world’s wealth! It is our collective ignorance, stupidity and apathy that have allowed all of this to happen – how many people have ever heard of this Bank for International Settlements and what it actually does? Answer, not even 1% of the population! Come on, my friends, we have only ourselves to blame for this ridiculous situation we find ourselves in! It’s time to mobilise the simple truth and the solutions needed!

And finally, as promised in the title of this article, what follows is now my own personal brush with the Deep State that gives me the private proof I needed to know that we have all been deceived and that we must all come together quickly so as to stop this madness before it finally gets completely out of control. In other words, how do we quickly alert all the decent people in the world - the 99% - so that we can begin an effective global campaign to peacefully expose and collapse this criminal mind-set once and for all! To play our part here in Britain, we have set up the New Chartist Movement. We do not seek power for ourselves but we want to simply act as a sort of alarm clock to wake people up to all of this suppressed truth and the proven solutions needed to make us all truly sovereign and prosperous again.

CHAPTER TWO

Climate Change and my personal encounter with the Deep State

My late uncle by marriage was Sir Harry Pilkington, who, in 1968, became The Lord Pilkington of St Helens.  The Pilkingtons were a bloodline family in Lancashire going back as far as the 12th Century. In 1826, they established what became a major international glass-making company, Pilkington Brothers of St Helens.  In 1954, my uncle attended the first-ever meeting of the Bilderberg Group at the Hotel Bilderberg in the Netherlands, representing the then-called Federation of British Industries (now the Confederation of British Industries). The next year, 1955, saw him become a Director of the Bank of England, a position he held until 1972.

In fact, it was in 1972 that my uncle gave me some critical advice to take through life when he was asking me what sort of career path I was likely to take.  He suddenly announced “never

believe anything you read in the press because we control it…and never, ever believe a politician

when he says he can do something…he can’t unless we say he can.”  At the tender age of sixteen this advice meant very little to me but I did guess at the time that the ‘we’ probably

referred in some way to big business and the corporate world.  Now, after thirty-six years of research into who actually does control the world, I know exactly what he was alluding to.   Nevertheless, I have to say as an uncle he could not be faulted – he was generous, eccentric and kind…and the people of his home-town of St Helens in Lancashire loved and respected him, as was witnessed by the large numbers of people who turned out on a very cold winter’s day to line the route of his long funeral cortege.   But, on the flip-side, he was a high-ranking corporate ‘globalist’ who believed passionately that business should be permanently in charge of the global economy and not the democratically elected ‘here today, gone tomorrow’ politicians who are always answerable to the vagaries of their electorates.  However, to his very real credit, he had an absolute passion for conservation and looking after the environment (he loved bee-keeping, forestry and gardening) and was especially pleased when, in 1978, I responded to a public call by the oceanographer Jacques Cousteau for people to get involved in green politics – I had joined the fledgling and tiny Ecology Party (later to change its name to the Green Party).  In 1980, my uncle gave me his only pre-release copy of the World Conservation Strategy which had been sent to him by the International Union for Conservation and Natural Resources (IUCN), one of the key organisations responsible for this global report on the state of the world’s ecosystems – the other two being the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) and the World Wildlife Fund (WWF).   In late 1981, I bought and read a book entitled ‘One Hundred Pages for the Future’ by Aurelio Peccei.  Aurelio was a very senior Italian industrialist and a high-level executive with the Fiat Motor Company. Having been a co-founder, he was the President of the Club of Rome, a global and very high-level (Deep State controlled) ‘think-tank’ that was tasked to find sustainable ways to protect the Earth’s ecosystems from ruthless exploitation.  This book was Aurelio’s personal assessment of what humanity was doing to the planet Earth.  As an aspiring but easily influenced political green, I was really impressed and showed my uncle the book.  He told me to write to Aurelio and to ask him for a meeting, which I duly did.  A few weeks later, I received a hand-written letter from Aurelio saying that he would be in London in June 1982 attending an international conference on the environment and would be delighted if I would go and have lunch with him.

When I arrived at the conference venue, Aurelio greeted me at the entrance very warmly indeed and immediately introduced me to his good friend and famous explorer, Thor Heyerdahl. The three of us then went to the restaurant where we discussed in depth the emergence of green politics onto the international stage.  Unknown to me at that time, this lunch was actually a job interview!  Aurelio (a Bilderberger himself) told me that my uncle had also approached him to suggest that he might like to consider taking me on as one of his political researchers (I later found out that Fiat used Pilkington Glass for their cars so there was every reason that my uncle was in direct contact with Aurelio).  He was obviously reasonably impressed with what I had to say because he asked me, there and then, if I would like to come and work for him later in the year.  He said that I would be arriving at a very exciting and challenging time – his words were, and I remember them very clearly: “We

are creating [my emphasis] a huge global environmental problem that will frighten people into

wanting a World Government run by us.” He then went on to elaborate as to how they were seeking to fund the research needed in order to unite the scientists who, in turn, would influence the national decision-makers into accepting this new…but we now know completely contrived and bogus…scientific theory of increasing human-caused CO2 levels triggering what has become known as Man-made or Anthropogenic Global Warming. 

It is interesting to note that what Aurelio said to me personally is not completely dissimilar to a quote that is accredited to him. He is said to have said “The common enemy of humanity is man.

In searching for a new enemy to unite us, we came up with the idea that pollution, the threat of

global warming, water shortages, famine and the like would fit the bill…The real enemy then is

humanity itself.

Going back to my meeting in London with Aurelio, my immediate reaction to this surprise job offer was one of excitement – after all, I was but a naïve and relatively new ‘political green’ who believed passionately (and still do) that the world must come together quickly in peace, truth and mutual respect to create a benign and compassionate political and economic system that fully protects our vulnerable and fragile planet from greed, fraud and ruthless exploitation.  I had no idea then of what I know now after my decades of detailed research and listening to whistle-blowing ‘insiders’ who have experienced at first hand the planned corporate deep state’s agenda that’s now being rolled out with increasing rapidity before our very eyes.   It is therefore with sadness and a great deal of regret that I now know for certain that the corporate deep state has successfully hijacked the growing and well-intentioned green movement by utilising lies, bogus science and outright deception.  The Greens are now being guided, steered and driven in a direction that will lead inevitably to the deep state’s corporate vision of a well-planned ‘survival of the human race’ fascism – a SMART Orwellian future where, from cradle to grave, we lose our complete say, our free will and our control about everything. Those of us who see ourselves as Real Greens believe that each and every one of us, without any exception whatsoever, are all free, equal and sovereign.  Humanity, as a whole, must now unite with the proven truth.  We, the peoples of the world, must all come together in peace and justice as a gathering of truly independent and benevolent sovereign nations which aspire to embrace Common, Natural or God’s Law whereby we, the ordinary people, are in complete charge of our destiny and our decision-making processes. To ensure that this can be done globally, every country in the world should now actively seek to fully embrace a Common Law Trial by Jury and Annulment by Jury Constitution which allows the truth, common sense, common decency and simple compassion to prevail over the complex and unjust machinations of the corporate and financial elitists with their reckless pursuit of deliberate division, unnecessary competition, centralised power and obscene profits for the few.  The Real Greens must now prevail over these Deep State-backed Fake Greens and so help to frustrate and indeed stop this emerging global tyranny.   And going back to that job that was offered to me, after a week of careful thought and consideration, I wrote to Aurelio turning down his kind offer. finance took complete precedence over democracy, individual freedoms and the general happiness and well-being of the human condition. And it is with regret that we now see how a large part of the current green movement has allowed itself to be totally influenced by this same cruel and, it must be said, fascist mind-set as Greens everywhere continue to support the Deep State’s eugenics-inspired UN Agendas 21 and 2030, not to mention this completely bogus science of Man-made Global Warming which, of course, is now just simply referred to by the mass-media as ‘Climate Change’.  Some years ago, I was lucky enough to have a cup of tea in the home of Professor David Bellamy –a Real Green!  When discussing Man-made Global Warming and his effective dismissal from the BBC for not agreeing to promote it, he just looked at me in a sad and resigned way and said “it’s all bad science you know, Justin, bad science!”

CHAPTER THREE

We all now have a simple choice. Do we all stay divided by deliberate lies?

Or do we all start to come together with the truth?  

Having been an activist in the Green Party for fifteen years, I know that the sort of people currently campaigning to prevent climate change are caring, passionate and thoroughly decent. Unfortunately, I also know that they have been exposed to a continuous bombardment of lies, deception and entrapment through the Deep State’s control of the mainstream media, social media and academia, not to mention the party-political process as a whole. The one thing that those of us who have been unravelling the truth know only too well is that if you approach anyone in the mainstream media or a leading academic with your suspicions about the existence of the deep state and what they’re up to, you are immediately stonewalled and completely ignored…just as you are when you approach our political servants in Parliament with your well-founded concerns.

This is an excellent article entitled ‘Is the UK Really Leading a Rebellion?’ It was written by Sir Julian Rose, a long-term proponent of organic agriculture and a fierce opponent to GM crops and the current push to roll out 5G. He is a Real Green and has clearly seen behind the mask of the Fake Greens and what’s really going on with the Green New Deal. In his article, he says:

The Green New Deal is being promoted by such figureheads as leader of the DiEm 25

movement ex-Finance Minister of Greece Yanis Varoufakis, Green MP Caroline Lucas

and... yes, Gail Bradbrook, leader of Extinction Rebellion.

The great tragedy in all this is that tens of thousands of idealistic young people,

seemingly motivated to do something positive for the planet, cannot see that they

are being betrayed.  Co-opted by government to sell its industry backed climate

change agenda; with its ‘cap and trade’ and ‘carbon tax’ levies serving as lucrative

cash cows for the benefit of government and industry alike.”

How right Sir Julian is! So, what are we to make of Extinction Rebellion and their sudden and meteoric rise to prominence on our television screens and their high profile and well-funded ability to mobilise well-meaning people everywhere to take over the streets and so bring parts of our capital to a complete standstill? Do we accuse them of simply being a George Soros ‘Open Society’ paid-for asset and therefore acting as nothing more than ‘useful idiots’ by deliberately promoting the Deep State’s hidden agenda? Or do we accuse them of just being very naïve and far too trusting and unquestioning of the Deep State-controlled politicians and the completely duff data that’s coming out of the UN via their politically and not scientifically motivated Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC)? In other words, is Extinction Rebellion an organisation run by Real Greens or Fake Greens? How can we tell? And the same applies, of course, to the current leaderships of the Green Party, Greenpeace and other high-profile campaigning organisations within the broad green movement that are all pushing for the Green New Deal and the implementation of UN Agenda 21 and UN Agenda 2030. In other words, just how much of all of this green activism is actually being directly controlled and encouraged by the Deep State? All very interesting questions…but what are the answers?

Actually, there is just one answer…or more accurately, just one test to prove the Real Greens from the Fake Greens.

The Deep State here in Britain can be completely defeated by the people taking back full control of our country’s money creation and money supply and by also fully restoring our Trial by Jury and Annulment by Jury Common Law Constitution. Knowing this to be the case, the New

Chartist Movement has drawn up a Sovereign People’s Charter comprising of Seven Requirements – with each one of these Requirements exposing the appalling abuse being carried out by the Deep State.

The Seven Requirements of the Sovereign People’s Charter are:

1. The Full Restoration of our ancient and proven Common Law Trial by Jury and

Annulment by Jury Constitution that puts us, the people, firmly back in authority

over our agenda-driven and self-serving politicians, judges, lawyers and bankers by

lawfully removing from them their powers to punish and deceive.

2. The Creation of Prosperity for all by bringing back debt-free and interest-free

Treasury money that’s based on the wealth and labour of our nation – exactly as we

did in 1914 with the enormously successful 'Bradbury Pound'.

3. The Ending of abuse and harm of all children whilst protecting the Common Law

rights of parents so as to strengthen the family unit.

4. The Assurance that we have the Armed Services needed to fully protect the

sovereignty of our country from all those wishing us harm, whilst also guaranteeing

the operational resources needed for effective and nationwide Community Policing

to keep our streets safe. 

5. The Exposure and Removal of the hidden and alien system of 'legalese'

governance that controls our judges and court system whilst using outright fraud,

deception and entrapment to unlawfully impoverish and constrain the ordinary

people of our country.

6. The Call for a new and democratic Europe of Sovereign Countries to replace the

planned European Union Superstate – a fresh European initiative that’s free from

the unelected and unaccountable European Commission and the privately-run,

debt-creating European Central Bank. Such a Europe would work in harmony on

strategic issues such as trade, transport and the environment.

7. The Guarantee that science is always used for the well-being and advancement of

all and not for the profit and greed of the few. This includes the immediate

termination of the extremely harmful and dangerous 5G roll-out, Fracking, Geo-

engineering and Compulsory Vaccinations.

There should be nothing here that a Real Green would have a problem with – after all, these Seven Requirements are all about proven truth, common sense and restoring good governance and giving full control back to the people. But these Seven Requirements would also bring down and collapse the Deep State like a house of cards. In fact, it could be argued that this Sovereign

People’s Charter is going to have the same effect on the Deep State Fake Greens that a crucifix would have on a vampire! So, remembering the names that Sir Julian mentioned above, holding up this Charter to the likes of Gail Bradbrook, Yanis Varoufakis and Caroline Lucas could be quite interesting…as, no doubt, would their responses be. With this one simple test, the Fake Greens can be well and truly outed and exposed – anyone who can’t support all Seven Requirements is giving succour to the Deep State and is not working for the best interests of humanity or the planet!

And finally - and to end on a really positive note - it would appear that the green movement is now starting to wake up to the fact that it now has this huge choice to make…to either campaign for the Deep State or to campaign against it. PETITION ON ANTHROPOGENIC GLOBAL WARMING

The undersigned, citizens and scientists, send a warm invitation to political leaders to adopt

environmental protection policies consistent with the current scientific knowledge. In

particular, it is urgent to combat pollution where it occurs. In this regard, we regret the delay

in applying the available scientific knowledge aimed at reducing the abundant anthropogenic

pollutants present in both land and marine environments.

But we must be aware that carbon dioxide (CO2) is not a pollutant. On the contrary, like

water, it is an indispensable element for the life on our planet.

In recent decades, it has been claimed that the warming of the Earth’s surface by about 0.9°C

observed since 1850 would be anomalous and caused exclusively by human activities, in

particular from emissions into the atmosphere of CO2 coming from the use of fossil fuels. This

is known as the anthropogenic global warming theory (AGWT) that has been mostly promoted

by the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) of the United Nations. This theory

predicts serious and harmful environmental changes in an imminent future, unless drastic and

costly mitigation measures are immediately adopted. In this regard, many nations of the world

have joined programs of reduction of CO2 emissions and are pressed to adopt even more

demanding programs, which entail heavy burdens on the economies of the individual member

states, with the pretense of controlling the climate and, therefore, “save the planet”.

However, the claim that the observed warming has been induced by anthropogenic activity

is an unproven conjecture that has been deduced only from some climate models. These

are complex computer programs called General Circulation Models (GCMs). On the contrary,

the scientific literature has increasingly demonstrated the existence of a natural climatic

variability that the models are not able to reproduce. This natural variability explains a

substantial part of global warming observed since 1850. Thus, the anthropogenic

responsibility for the climate change observed during the last century is

exaggerated. Therefore, the catastrophic predictions of these models are not realistic.

The climate is the most complex system on our planet, and it must be studied using methods

adequate and consistent with its level of complexity. Yet, climate simulation models do not

reproduce the observed natural variability of the climate at multiple time scales. In

particular, they do not reconstruct the warm periods observed during the last 10,000 years.

These occurred about every a thousand years and include the well-known Warm Medieval

Period, the Roman Warm Period and other warm periods during the Holocene Optimum.

These periods have been warmer than the current one, despite the fact that the concentration

of CO2 was lower. A consistent amount of evidences suggests that these large climatic

oscillations were induced by the millennial cycles of solar activity. This strong climate sensitivity

to solar changes is not reproduced by the above models.

It should be noted that the warming observed since 1900 began in the 18th century, that

is since the end of the Little Ice Age (around 1700), which was the coldest period of the

last 10,000 years. This cold period was induced by a number of grand minima of solar activity

such as the Maunder’s Solar Minimum (1645-1715). Since the 18th century, following its

millennial cycle, solar activity has increased and warmed the Earth’s surface. Furthermore, the

models fail to reproduce known climatic oscillations such as one with a period of about 60

years. These were responsible, for example, for a warming period (1850-1880) followed by a

cooling (1880-1910), followed by another warming (1910-40), again by another cooling

(1940-70) and by a new warming period (1970-2000) similar to that observed 60 years earlier.

The following years (2000-2019) have not seen the 0.2°C/decade warming predicted by the

GCMs, but a substantial climatic stability that has been sporadically interrupted only by the

rapid natural oscillations of the equatorial Pacific Ocean, known as the El-Niño Southern

Oscillations, such as the sudden warming observed between 2015 and 2016.

The mass media also claim that extreme events, such as hurricanes and cyclones, have

dangerously increased in the last decades as a result of anthropogenic activity. Conversely,

these events, like many climate systems, are modulated by the aforementioned 60-year

climatic cycle. For example, the official data from 1880 regarding tropical Atlantic hurricanes

moving toward North America, show a strong 60-year oscillation, well correlated with the

Atlantic Multi-Decadal Oscillation, which is a natural thermal oscillation of the North-

Hemisphere Atlantic Ocean. The observed hurricane frequency peaks per decade observed in

the years 1880-90, 1940-50 and 1995-2005 are compatible with each other. From 2005 to

2015 the number of hurricanes has decreased following the aforementioned cycle. Thus, in

the period 1880-2015, between number of cyclones (which oscillates) and CO2 (which has

increased monotonically) there is no correlation.

The obvious conclusion is that the climate system is not sufficiently understood yet. Although

it is true that CO2 is a greenhouse gas, according to the same IPCC, the equilibrium climate

sensitivity to its atmospheric increase is still extremely uncertain: it is estimated that a

doubling of the atmospheric CO2 concentration, from the preindustrial level at about 300

ppm to 600 ppm, could warm the global surface temperature from a minimum of 1°C to a

maximum of 5°C. This uncertainty is enormous. In fact, many recent studies based on

experimental data have estimated that the climate sensitivity to CO2 increase is significantly

lower than that estimated by the IPCC models.

Thus, it is scientifically unrealistic to attribute to anthropogenic emissions the responsibility for

the warming observed from the past century to today. The proposed alarming forecasts are

not credible, since they are based on models whose results contradict the experimental data.

All evidentiary facts suggest that these models overestimate the anthropogenic contribution

and underestimate the natural climatic variability, especially that induced by the sun, the

moon, and by the oceanic oscillations.

Finally, the mass media publicize the message that there would be an almost unanimous

consensus among scientists in favor of the AGWT of the IPCC, therefore the scientific debate

is closed. However, the scientific method requires that the facts, and not the number of

adherents, make a conjecture a theory.

In any case, the same alleged consent does not exist because there is a remarkable

variability of opinions among specialists—climatologists, meteorologists, geologists,

geophysicists, astrophysicists—most of whom recognize the importance that natural climatic

variability has had for the global warming observed since 1850 or 1950 to today. There have

also been petitions signed by thousands of scientists who have expressed dissent with the

conjecture of anthropogenic global warming. These include the one promoted in 2007 by the

physicist F. Seitz, former president of the American National Academy of Sciences, and the

one promoted by the Non-Governmental International Panel on Climate Change (NIPCC)

whose 2009 report concludes that Nature, not Human Activity, Rules the Climate.

In conclusion, given the crucial importance that fossil fuels have for humanity as an energy

supply, we suggest not to adhere to uncritical policies finalized to mitigate CO2 emissions

with the illusory pretence of ruling the climate.
