Helping people with Anorexia If you suspect anyone

of being anorexic you should help them immediately before they get worse.

You can talk to them to help get their life back on track or talk to a trusted adult to help talk to them and send them to therapy.

The first step to curing anorexia is admitting you have a problem.

You should also stay away from activities or people who trigger your obsession.

If you help them before they are really bad they can get back on track faster.

If you wait too long to help them it will be harder to cure and they are more endangered.
