MAKING A BOOKING ONLINE USING YOUR CDP 1627066

Step 1. Navigate to the Hertz Reservation Page

Booking with Hertz is easy! To start, please navigate to the Hertz website at www.hertz.com.au

You can do this by jumping online and typing straight into the URL bar:

Step 2. Enter Reservation Details

Choose your Pickup location and Return

location (if different), date and time.

If you need assistance locating your nearest

Hertz location, please click the “Help me find

a location” link under the Pickup location

box where you can search by location,

postcode or address or view a list of

locations by State.

Please also keep in mind that the rental

period is charged as a 24 hour block with a

29 minute grace period. Rentals returned

after this period will be charged additional

day rates.

Step 3. Add CDP 1627066

After you have chosen your Pickup details,

select the box Enter a Discount or Promo

Code. This will reveal further options where

you can add the Amway IBO Member

Corporate Discount Program number (CDP)

1627066 to the Discount/CDP/Club Code

box.

This will enable you to access the Amway

IBO rates and contracted terms and

conditions.

Step 4. Choose Leisure Option

After entering your CDP number, you have

the option to choose Business or Leisure

rates.

Select the Leisure option to load the

Standard Leisure Daily rates with the

Amway discount of 2%.

Due to seasonal fluctuations in the supply

and demand of vehicles, the Standard

Leisure Daily rate varies on a regular basis.

Amway rates also have capped ceiling rates

loaded which will automatically load when

when they are applicable.

Click Submit to select your vehicle.

Step 5. Select your Vehicle

Select the Display All button to view the full range of vehicles available. Decide which vehicle you would like to reserve and click the Select button.

If the Leisure option was correctly selected earlier, the Itinerary options will appear as below.

Step 6. Additional Options

Select any additional options such as booster seats, child seats, GPS navigation or Wifi and

click the Submit button.

Step 7. Review & Book

Complete personal information, flight details (if applicable) and frequent flyer number.

You can also add any remarks which will appear on the location’s manifest. Once you are happy to

proceed, click the Submit button to process the reservation.

Step 8. Reservation Completed

When your reservation has been successfully completed, you will receive a confirmation screen and a

reservation number. A copy of your reservation details will also be sent to your preferred email address.

When you go to collect your vehicle, be sure to have a valid driver’s licence to present at the counter

and a credit card so that the rental amount & bond can be held at the beginning of the rental.
