Problem/Challenges: Investigated and proposed a plan to eliminate inaccurate inventory tally due to an outdated check out system. I helped my family implement an improved POS system to control inventory by having accurate inventory there by assessing loss and uncertain profit margins. As the group leader I researched many options and narrowed it down to the most suitable for my families convenience store.
