Respected Madam,
I Amrish Kumar working in Central Excise Commissionerate, Delhi-I as a sepoy. I need a
certificate that being a Central Govt. Employee working with Central Excise, delhi I and Posted in Delhi.
My Spouse is also doing a Govt. job and working with SBI posted in Jaipur. Now my wife wants
to apply for transfer to Delhi on Spouse grounds. A certificate is required on the cited above for transfer.
In view of above, kindly issue a certificate.

Please refer to your C.No.IV-16/374/CE/Tech/RTI/D-I/11/128 dated 10.1.2012
on the subject cited above in which you have clarified that our reply with para no.3, 5,
6,7 & 8 is incomplete and vague. The same has been resubmitted for clarification aspara-wises.
Para 3. There is no officer in the Rank of Supdt. Who superannuated /retired during
2009-11 who has not been paid full and final pension till date.
Para 5. NIL . No such cases.
Para 6. The relevant rules are specified in CCS (Pension) Rules,1972. These rules are
available in the market.
Para 7. Yes, it is mandatory to inform the concerned officer as to why his/her pension
has been not provided full and final pension.However, it is to inform that there is
no officer in the grade of Supdt. has been given Provisional pensions during the
relevant period of 2009-11.Para 8. Yes, the rule 69 of Pension is attached for it.

Sub: LTC -80 fare for Del- Guwahati Route- Reg.
This Office is considering a LTC claim filed by one of the Officers posted in this Office. The Officer
travelled by Economy class of Air India during the month of Oct, 2011 from Delhi to Guwahati and backon an open ticket which he had booked well in advance prior to the date of journeys. The Officer is
entitled for a reimbursement of LTC-80 fare or less, whichever is applicable. Since, the ticket on which
the officer travelled was not an LTC- 80 ticket, it is requested that this Office may be intimated as to
what was the LTC-80 fare (Air fare+ Airline fuel charge) during the month of Oct, 2010 for Delhi-
Guwahati route.
