Check component history Click “Components” from the Task bar or select Maintenance -> Components from the Menu bar. Use the filter to find a component you want. Click on the Historytab, then click on the Date donecolumn to sort the results.

  • Check component history

    Click Components from the Task bar or select Maintenance -> Components from

    the Menu bar. Use the filter to find a component you want.

    Click on the History tab, then click on the Date done column to sort the results.

  • Double click on the Description column and a new History window will appear. Sort the

    results by clicking on the Date done column.

    You can view history details if you click on the Details icon or right click and select

    Details from the Pop-up menu.

  • Close this window. You are now back to the Components window. If you double click the

    Work order column, a new window with details about the work order will open. Right click

    the work order then select Maintenance log from the Pop-up menu.

    The Maintenance log window will appear. From this window you can check history, stock

    used, resource used, counters, overdue reason (from the Pop-up menu), who reported the work

    order, the date it was done and total duration.
