DEPOSIT PAYABLE, WITHIN 21 DAYS, ON ALL HUNTS TO SECURE EACH GROUP’S EXCLUSIVE DATES:
8-10 day hunts @ $2,500 / 11-12-day hunts @ $3,000 / 13-14-day hunts @ $3,500 / Big Game trophies $20 000+ @ 25% of the hunt.
Deposits are non-refundable, but can be moved to new dates within the same season, if dates are available.
Daily rates include:
• DAILY FEES are charged according to daily activities and not per night.
• Government VAT @ the current rate of 15% is included on all daily fees & services.
• Three (3) full time Professional Hunters (PH) & freelance PHs, Safari Guide, & PRO.
• Six (6) hunting staff for tracking & skinning deliver the best service possible.
• Field preparation of trophies and transportation of trophies to Zululand Taxidermy
• Hunting vehicles and photographic safari vehicles.
• Fully serviced accommodation, meals & soft drinks at Zeekoepan River Lodge.
• Five (5) camp staff for cooking, cleaning & laundry ensure a memorable stay.
• A few beers at the campfire and table wines at dinner, are included in limited amounts.
• Daily laundry service Monday – Friday at Zeekoepan River Lodge.
• Vehicle charge for airport pick-up and drop-off to Richards Bay is FREE if guests are booked on the flight closest to mid-day Sunday - Friday. (No mid-day flight Saturday)
• Wi-Fi & phone calls (install WhatsApp for free Wi-Fi calls) & any other optional expenses.
Excluded from daily rates or other:
• Vehicle charges for airport pick-up and drop-off at DBN or JHB as already mentioned.
• Hotel or other accommodation e.g. Johannesburg, or in some cases Durban, airport arrivals and departures or going on off property tours or day trips.
• Please note for concession hunting & bird hunting other than in Ndlovukazi chalets / Zeekoepan River Lodge, will be charged in full as per our Daily Fees and might have additional costs e.g. bar & laundry services for the days we move camp.
• All off property sightseeing trips or tourist activities are not included.
• Hard liquor, extra beer & wine, or special requests charged per bottle seal broken.
• No alcohol is included when daily fees are donated / discounted. Guest must please order timeously.
• Hiring of firearms & ammunition at cost per packet.
• Baits at running meat price, non-trophy, where applicable.
• Disinfecting, packing, exporting of trophies is done by Zululand taxidermy. They can recommend a shipping agent, or use the shipping agent of your own choice.
• Government VAT @15% on all non-export commodities such as wounded animals & unforeseen services not included in daily fees.
Ndlovukazi Chalets & Zeekoepan River Lodge are situated on the banks of the
meandering Mkuze River, nestling in the shade of the Umbrella thorn trees.
