MANAGING PARTNER – SANJEEV JAIN
Sanjeev is a seasoned and result-oriented professional with over 30 years of experience in all facets of
financial administration. He is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a registered Insolvency Professional .
He has extensive experience in Mergers & Acquisition, Business Transformation and Turnaround, Restructuring, Financial Planning, Corporate Strategy, Fund Raising, Taxation, Accounts & Audit, Investor
Relations, Enterprise Risk Management, Revenue Assurance, SoX Implementation, Regulatory Compliance & Governance, Legal and Dispute Resolution and CSR .
He has successfully led several large M and A transactions across Logistic and Telecom sectors and outcome based Business Transformation projects .
Prior to founding Amicus Insolvency and Turnaround services LLP, he has held several leadership positions including, Executive Director of Gati Ltd, CFO – AFL Pvt. Limited and FedEx Express TSCS
(India) Pvt Ltd, Head Management Assurance Services – Tata Communications Ltd . He worked with Chambal Fertilizers & Chemicals and KRIBHCO as well in his early career .
He carries leadership experience in diverse industries across several geographies of India. He is also deeply passionate about social causes and actively supports various NGOs.
