Association  Name  Change  In  the  fall  of  2013,  the  ACDFA  membership  overwhelmingly  voted  to  change  the  name  of  the  organization  from  the  American  College  Dance  Festival  Association  (ACDFA)  to  the  American  College  Dance  Association  (ACDA).    The  change  promises  exciting  new  possibilities  for  the  future.    Commenting  on  the  change,  ACDFA  President  William  Seigh  said,  “For  over  40  years  our  vision  has  been  clear  and  our  commitment  unstoppable.    The  rich  history  embedded  in  the  name  ACDFA  will  never  be  lost.  It  will  instead  provide  a  powerful  foundation  for  ACDA  as  we  move  forward."
