ANNUAL MEETING MISSIONThe main goals of the ASCRS Annual
Scientific Meeting are to: (a) improve the diagnosis and treatment of patients with diseases and disorders affecting the colon and rectum; and (b) improve the quality of patient care by
maintaining, developing and enhancing the knowledge, skills, professional
performance, and multidisciplinary relationships necessary to provide services for
patients, the public and the profession.
ACCREDITATIONThe American Society of Colon and Rectal Surgeons (ASCRS) is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians. ASCRS is responsible for the content, quality and scientific integrity of the CME activity.
ABOUT THE MEETINGYou won’t want to miss out on the pre-meeting symposia and workshops that take place Saturday, June 10. These educational offerings provide didactic learning and hands-on training. The main meeting, which opens officially on Sunday afternoon, features a variety of oral and e-poster presentations, expert panels, symposia, meet the professor breakfasts and many other activities designed to help you stay up-to-date with the latest scientific advances.
We invite you to join us June 10-14, 2017 for the American Society of Colon and Rectal Surgeons Annual Meeting in Seattle, Washington. Receive up-to-date education relative to surgery of the colon and rectum with an emphasis on patient care, teaching, and research from renowned surgeons in the field.
