Booth Rental Fee & Payment Schedule Price per 10’ x 10’ unfurnished boothvaries depending on its location in theexhibithall and in relation to eachother.Thebasicboothfeeis$1,900USD.Acor-nerboothfee is$2,000USD. Booth Space Assignment Booth space will be assigned throughthePriorityPointSystemdetailedbelow. Exhibitors accumulate points for thebooth selection process for the AnnualMeetings and Exhibition. This prioritypoint system allows companies with thehighest accumulation of points to havepriorityinselectingaboothforthefollow-ingyear’sshow.Forexample,companiesthatearnthemostpointswillhavethefirstopportunitytosignupforboothspace.

How the Priority Points System Works Total accumulation of points deter-mines the order in which booths are as-signed.For2013boothselection,allpointspreviously accumulates and all pointspledged for 2013 will be included in thetotal.

Mergers and Acquisitions Prioritypointswillbecalculatedforthecompanynamestatedontheexhibitorcon-tractorcorporatesupport letterofagree-ment.Ifcompanieshavesincemergedorbeenacquired,theresultingcompanymaychoosetousethehighestpointsofanyofthepreviouscompanies.Pointswillnotbecombined. Companiesbelongingtoaparentcom-panywithotherdivisions cannot reserveexhibitspaceundertheparentcompany’spointsunlesstheyareparticipatingundertheparentcompany’sname.Forexample,ifXYZAssetManagementownsAInc.andBInc.,AInc.andBInc.can’tuseXYZAs-setManagements’pointstoreservespaceunder the name A Inc. and B Inc. Eachcompany must use its own points to re-servespace. A company that has merged with an-other company must notify Marketing/Membership,sothatthepointscanbere-viewedandreassigned.

Exhibit Service Contractor/ Exhibitor Service Kit The official decorator/exhibit servicecontractorisGESExpositionServices.GESwillreceiveandstoreallexhibitmaterialsup to 30 days prior to the show, deliverthe materials directly to the exhibit area,remove and store empty crates, returnthe empty crates to the booth upon clos-ingoftheshow,removerepackedmaterialandshipdirectlytothereturndestination.GESwillsupplyanyproductsorservicesneededduringtheexposition. The Service Kit contains detailed in-formationandorderformsoftheproductsandservicesavailable.ItwillbeavailableinAugustandsentelectronicallyuponre-ceiptoftheApplicationforExhibitSpaceandappropriatepayment. Freight Management/ Drayage Exhibitors are responsible for the ship-mentoftheirexhibitmaterialstoandfromthe ASA, CSSA, SSSA Annual Meetings.All exhibit materials, other than those inexhibitor-owned vehicles, will be handledby theGESExpositionServices.Exhibitorsmayhandletheirownmaterialswhichcanbehandcarriedbyonepersoninonetrip,without the use of dollies, hand trucks orother mechanical equipment. Advancedshipmentsarehandledatpublishedprevail-ing rates. Please contact the representativefromGESforassistanceinshippingfreight. Forexhibitorswhochoosenot to shipinadvancetotheGESwarehouseandpre-fertoconsigntheirshipmenttotheshow,shipments will be handled at publishedprevailing rates to accommodate unload-ingandreloadingattheshowsite.Ifacar-rier other than a GES preferred carrier isused,itistheresponsibilityoftheexhibi-tortocontactthecarrierandinformthemofcheck-indeadlines. Security The exhibit hall will be secured dur-ingallhoursthattheexpositionisclosed.Themainentrydoorswillbe lockedandtheexhibithallwillbepatrolledbysecu-

rity personnel. Exhibitors are cautionedthatsmallportableitemsofvalueandper-sonalitemsshouldbeproperlysecuredorremovedfromexhibithall.Eachexhibitorisresponsibleforprovidinginsurancefortheir own exhibit material. ASA, CSSA,SSSA, GES and the Duke Energy Centerarenotberesponsibleforlossofanykind.

Accessibility Eachexhibitorshallberesponsible formakingitsexhibitspaceaccessibletoper-sons with disabilities and shall hold theASA, CSSA, SSSA, GES, and the DukeEnergy Center harmless from any conse-quences if the exhibiting company whofailsinthisregard.

Use of Society Logos Useofthelogosinanyformisforbidden.ReferencetotheASA,CSSAorSSSAinanyformofadvertisementmustbeapprovedinadvancebyexhibitmanagement.

Selling Requirements Onlyregisteredexhibitorsmaytransactsales,andallsalesontheexhibitfloormustbe transactedwithin theexhibitbooth. Itistheexhibitor’sresponsibilitytocomplywith all local, state and federal tax laws.Exhibitorswhosell items fordeliveryonthe showfloorwillbe required toobtaina Florida seller’s permit and collect andremit state taxes. Cancellation or Postponement of the Exposition In the event of fire, strikes, riots, civilcommotion, acts of God, war, terrorism,epidemics, and other unavoidable cir-cumstances rendering it impossible orimpractical for any reason for the ASA,CSSAorSSSAtoperformsuchacontract,theASA,CSSAandSSSAshallbereleasedfromcontract.Insuchevents,alldepositsand payments made by the exhibitor forexhibitspaceshallbereturnedminusanyexpenses incurredbytheSocietiesonbe-halfoftheexhibitor.

It istheresponsibilityoftheexhibitorstohavetheirexhibits inplacebefore theopeningoftheexposition. Childrenundertheageof18areNOTallowedintheexhibithallduringmoveinandmoveout. BOOTH DESIGN AND ExHIBITOr SEr-vICES: Each Exhibitor will be provided thefollowingfreeofadditionalcharges:Anexhibitspace 10 ft. deep, defined by 8 ft. high backdrape and 3 ft. high side drapes (in-line andpeninsulaspacesonly);allin-lineandpeninsulaspacesincludea2-lineidentificationsign,one6’skirted(white)tableandtwochairs. MeetingManagementhasappointedexclusivecontrac-torsforcatering,electrical,plumbing,materialhandling, rigging, cleaning, furniture, floorcovering, telecommunications, audiovisual,floral,photography,andsecurity.TheExhibitoragreestoutilizetheseappointedcontractorsforsuchservices.Otherservicesmaybefurnishedby official contractors appointed by MeetingManagementorbyexhibitor-appointedcontrac-tors.TheExhibitormayappointcontractorsforservicesotherthanthoselistedasexclusiveuponwrittenapprovalof theMeetingManagement.Therequestforsuchapprovalmustbereceivednotlessthantwoweekspriortothefirstgeneralmove-in date. Exhibitor appointed contractorsmustqualifyforappointmentinaccordancewiththe procedures and requirements contained intheExhibitorServiceManualandmayperformservicesonlyforanExhibitorwhichhasreceivedpriorwrittenapproval for the contractor’s ap-pointment.

INSTALLATION AND DISMANTLE: Abso-lutely no children under the age of 18 will be allowed in the Exhibit Hall during installation and dismantle.Generalinstallationofexhibitsmaybeginat8:00amSunday,Nov.3andmustbecompletedby3:00pmSunday,Nov.3.MeetingManagementreservestherighttoassignlabortosetup,attheExhibitor’sexpense,anydisplaythatisnotintheprocessofbeingerectedby4:00pmonSunday.Ifaboothiscompletelyvacantat 4:00 pm on Sunday, Meeting Managementreservestherighttotakepossessionoftheunoc-cupiedspaceandmayresellitwithoutrefundtotheoriginalLessee.

SECurITy:MeetingManagementwillprovideperimetersecurityintheExhibitHallduringin-stallation,dismantleandthehoursinwhichthehallisclosed,beginning8:00amSunday,Nov.3andendingat9:00pmonWednesday,November6andwilltakereasonableprecautionstosafe-guardexhibitors’property.TheExhibitorshouldarrange special security through the exclusivesecurity contractor should it feel its items areeasilystolen.
