ENCUESTA DE SATISFACCIÓN A CLIENTE
Establecer y cuantificar los factores que a juicio de los principales clientes del taller de electrónica,
dependiente del Departamento de Sistemas de Armas de Asmar (T), afectan en la entrega de acuerdo a
programa de los distintos trabajos desarrollados por el taller.
Priorizar la ponderación de cada una de las variables indicadas, objeto cuantificar o medir su efecto en los
plazos de entrega de los distintos trabajos solicitados al taller de electrónica, dependiente del
Departamento de Sistemas de Armas de Asmar (T). Se debe tener presente que la prioridad 1 corresponde
a la de mayor repercución, disminuyendo sucesivamente hasta la prioridad 5.
Planificación anual del astillero tendiente a determinar las necesidades mensuales
de cada taller productivo
En terminos de la capacidad y preparación profesional de los técnicos y ingenieros
que materializan los trabjos solicitados en cada uno de los talleres productivos
En términos de la programación de trabajos, estableciendo las fechas de inicio y de
término programado
La disponibilidad de bancos de prueba y herramientas especiales requeridas para la
materialización de los distintos trabajos que al día de hoy han sido solicitados
En términos de la administración y suministros de repuestos.
En terminos de disponibilidad de especialistas para materializar las tareas de
mantenimiento solicitadas

Conclusion.
The variables includes into the new model allow to develop the
maintenance activities inside of the Electronic Workshop with a
better control, driver the availability of the technician in terms of
time, skills and facilities.
The improvement of the control inside the Electronic Workshop,
will allow improving the planning of the all task that are
assigned to the Electronic Workshop.
The fact of carried out the preventive maintenance according
with the real availability of the technician will allow improving
the customer’s satisfaction.

Conclusion.
The measure of the delivery on time, will allow to the manager
using the information obtained as a source of motivation for the
different technician of the Electronic Workshop.

Recommendation.
To continue using the software in testing mode in order to
increase their capacity of control.
Develop a new module that allow controlling the spare
requirement versus the technician availability.
Incorporate to this software the other section of the electronic
workshop in order to improve it considering their feedback

Coordinate with the Asmar IT department, once the scope been
achieved, incorporate this application to Omega E.R.P.
Using this software as reference, develop a strong application
using the knowledge of the IT Engineer.
