K.I.S.S stands for “Keep It Simple Stupid.”

If you’re like me, you don’t enjoy overcomplicating things when there’s no need to do so. Using the K.I.S.S Formula, I managed to build multiple 6-figure eCommerce stores and transform my entire life.

But I didn’t stop there because my mission, as I came to realize, was much, much bigger than that…

“Can I achieve similar results?” I hear you asking…

The answer is a resounding “YES.” But only if you read on and follow the K.I.S.S formula to a T.

Wait, before we dive right in, you may be wondering who I am, right?

So here’s a quick icebreaker...

My name is Amber Michelle Lee. Growing up in Kentucky, I got pregnant at 17 and became a single mom at just 18. Within that time period I suffered from drug addiction until I was 24. I’ve even had some bouts of homelessness when I was struggling financially…

I started losing hope but I knew I had to find some way to make ends meet so I could stay sober and be there for my child. (You’ll hear about him later in this book. He actually plays a key role in where I am today...)

Luckily I discovered the Internet right before it was too late...

I ventured into affiliate marketing and made some money, but in January 2017, everything fell apart and I lost EVERYTHING.

I was in a really bad place, business-wise, financially, emotionally…

And then… I got a life-changing phone call.

The guy on the other end of the line offered me something I just couldn’t say no to:

“Travel with me to Arizona, learn eCommerce, and then teach it.”

Sometimes you need to pull the trigger and just GO.

So I literally sold everything I had, even my car, and moved to the other side of the country. I couldn’t even afford to bring my then 13-year-old son along!

Little did I know that by taking that step I was about to transform my life and business forever. As you’re about to discover, you could be taking a similar step too, very soon…

K.I.S.S - The 4 letters thatturned my life around…And why 6 figures are sometimes better than 7!

“If I succeeded in eCom, I would give back and teach this to as many people as I could…”I was telling myself on my way to Arizona…

That idea quickly became nothing short of my life mission.

Sure enough, In March 2017 I discovered the K.I.S.S Formula, which I’m about to share with you. I started my first eCommerce store, generating nearly $7,500 in the first 3 weeks.

The K.I.S.S Formula allows people to learn the basics of eCommerce, get some traction and build a 6-figure store.

Originally, I wanted to create a formula that my now 14-year-old son could follow. (See, I told you he’d be back!)

If a 14-year-old can build a successful 6-figure store using a simple formula - then anyone could, right?

Now that was a major breakthrough, and since then I never looked back...

Fast forward to April 2018, and my next store did almost $33,000 in the first 3 weeks…

I could have put my heart and soul, and much of my time, into that store and turn it into a 7-figure business.

But I didn’t.

Instead, I created a few more 6-figure stores, following the K.I.S.S Formula. Here’s why:

Building a 7-figure business is extremely difficult. It requires you to be creative, super-innovative and highly skilled in the basics. On the other hand, building a 6-figure store is just a matter of following the right formula...

Step #1Find a Niche

Can you start cooking a new dish without looking at the recipe first?

Well, you can, but the results can be awful.

Jumping straight into creating a store and Facebook advertising, without doing the research first, is just as damaging.

So the first step in the K.I.S.S Formula is finding a niche.

There are some ways to research the niche. Once you find your niche you can dive a little bit deeper:

Facebook Fan Pages are great for researching your niche. Let’s take the Outdoor niche for example. Look for a very active Page in the niche you’ve chosen. Read some comments to see what buyers and fans are saying (as opposed to the Page owners)

This way you’ll find great keywords allowing you to then find awesome products that you wouldn’t think of otherwise. These keywords help find products and write great copy that relates to your niche.

Example 1: I was looking at outdoor Fan Pages and people kept talking about EDC Products. I came to find out that it meant ‘Every Day Carry’ - a very popular product category among people who are into outdoor and tactical. So I went to AliExpress and put in ‘EDC Products’ and all this good stuff came up... 5-in-1 screwdrivers etc.. It allowed me to find unique, niche-specific products.

Example 2: People in the beauty niche say “Slayed”. If you were a makeup artist, saying that “you slayed that girl’s face” would mean “you did her makeup very well.” This is also very important when writing copy - you can figure out how these people speak, so when you use words like “Slayed” they’ll feel like you’re one of them…

Follow the same process when regularly visiting forums, blogs and articles. This way you’ll always find new things, new words etc.

QuestionIf I’m just starting out, can I find an absolutely

killer niche from scratch?

Step #2Find Winning Products

Answer: It’s really simple, A-B-C, easy as 1-2-3. That’s exactly how I put this formula together. Finding a killer niche is as simple as getting really broad, thinking about big niches such as the baby niche, outdoors etc.

And remember, you do not have to go into a niche that you’re passionate about. You can, but you don’t have to!

Can I share a secret? I’m not passionate about outdoors or any other niches for that matter! But here’s the thing: I’m passionate about bringing a product to a customer that they feel passionate about. Doing the research, getting passionate about the process.If you get passionate about the research, finding a good niche and bringing a product your customer is passionate about - you will win every single time.

And if you do have passions - all the better!

It’s ALWAYS about the customer, and shouldn’t be about ourselves. Set the intention to bring the very best that you can to your customers. When you do that you will win.

Winning product criteria

Product-findingstrategies

1. Not readily available or harder to find in stores - think about the fidget spinners when they just came out, or selfie-light on a phone... Follow your intuition here.

2. “Standout” feature - something cool we’ve never seen before. Examples - fidget spinners, EDC (Every Day Carry) products such as an 18-in-1 pocket knife with various cool tools - a fingernail clipper, filer, flashlight etc.

3. Holds value to the niche - you’ll know what holds value to the niche once you’ve done your research.

4. Great graphics of the product you can use - very important. Graphics should be clean, making your visitor say “Ooh, what’s that?” and then click on it. Avoid products if they don’t have great graphics you can use on AliExpress. Sometimes you can find awesome photos in AliExpress reviews .

We don’t want to be super-innovative and create graphics ourselves. Again, K.I.S.S...

1. Goo.gl trick - I use this trick to get a really good idea of what is selling right now. You can literally find great products in 2 minutes. Here’s how:

I will provide you with great niches but I want to give you the option to keep hunting for gold. Again - you don’t be super-innovative, just follow my K.I.S.S Formula...

• Go to the Facebook search bar. • Just put in the name of the niche followed by “,” and “goo.gl”. (or “bit.ly”) (The reason - many Facebook advertisers use a goo.gl shortener link when promoting their product.) Example: “Crochet. Goo.gl” • Start scrolling down till you see other people’s posts… • Go to the left, and under Date Posted choose a recent month (about 2-3 months ago) to bring up recent posts. • Take comments and shares with a grain of salt - engagement can lie, high engagement doesn’t always equal many sales. • This method will help you see what other people are posting, their ad campaigns and the words they’re using. It will also give you ideas for your own ads.

2. AliExpress - start very broad in keywords, so if you’re in the baby niche just search for “Baby” (looking for products that fit the 4 criteria from before.)

3. YouTube - you can literally search for “top beauty products for 2018” and see people doing reviews, showing products and much more. It’s also a great way to find videos for your store.

4. Intuition is your friend - I cannot tell you how many times I thought a product was great, then second-guessed myself, only to find someone else making 6-figures out of it. So listen to your intuition. If you feel a product will be great, put it in your store. It’s not going to hurt you. Remember - even if it becomes s filler product it can raise your customer’s average order value!

Now let’s lookat a powerful ad example...

Emojis are your best friends… Use them but don’t over use them. Alert emojis get people’s attention, and the red color against Facebook’s blue makes them STOP.

It’s a Free Plus Shipping offer I use again and again…

Start with PPE - when first launching a store, diving into a new niche or dealing with a new audience, do not mess with conversions. Instead, Keep It Simple (K.I.S.S) and start with a PPE (Page Post Engagement) Facebook ad. No button, nothing!

Simply create a post and run a page Post Engagement. This is the best way to get an ad to go viral, when using great graphics and simple copy.

If you’re getting no engagement or at least a few sales, change your ad and don’t waste money on a Conversion Facebook ad.

I promise you, this method works. I just showed this to a client who made 3 sales on his first day, and 3 sales the on the following day.
