    Revelation is a wonderful way to finish the story which was begun in Gesis. All that was begun in the Book of Beginnings (Genesis) is consummatedRevelation. In Genesis the heaven and earth were created. In Revelation wea new heaven and a new earth. In Genesis the sun and moon appea\ in Revetion we read that there is no need of the sun or moon, for Christ is the lighthe new heaven, in Genesis there is a garden; in Revelation there is a holy cIn Genesis there is the mamiage of the first Adam; in Revelation the marriasupper of the second Adam, Jesus Cluist. in Genesis we see the beginningsin; in Revelation sin is done away.lfhen the apostle John, the writer of Revelation, was an old, old man, he wexiled to the Isle of Patmos. He had been banished for his testimony of Je(1:9). While on the island, John u.as forced to labor hard in the mines and quries. But his Commander-in-Chief appeared to him and delivered a ringing msage and ultimate 91ory.The book he wrote brings to a climax the great story corrlrnenced in Geneand as all good stories should, it ends "And they lived happily ever after."
