What is the Amadeus Learning Centre The Amadeus Learning Centre enables you to manage all your training related activities online 24/7. You can do everything from browsing the course catalogue to signing up to training and download course materials. In the portal you can find information on all types of training such as Classroom Training, Virtual courses and webinars.

The Amadeus Learning Centre allows you to:

• Browse the Amadeus Training Catalogue • Self-enrol on training courses • Download relevant training documents

• View historical training information

How do I access the Amadeus Learning Centre? The Amadeus Learning Centre is accessed via a link in the Amadeus e-Support Centre which ensures you can find all learning and support related information in one place when you need it.

Amadeus e-Support Centre The Amadeus e-Support Centre is your main entry point for all your learning and support needs. It is an online solution developed specifically for travel agencies offering 24/7 access to a wide range of information.

Navigating through Amadeus Learning Centre You can access the Learning Centre directly from the e-Support Centre home page. Click on the Amadeus Learning Centre button; you will be taken to the Learning Centre.

You will find 4 main tabs; Amadeus Learning Centre (homepage), Training Catalogue, My Training and Contact Us. (Some users will have an additional Managers tab; see the end of the guide for more information.)

Training Catalogue The Training Catalogue is where you can find details of all our classroom and virtual courses and webinars. Click on the tab at the top of the screen or the large box to the bottom left of the screen. The catalogue is displayed in a tree format. Click on the link to open up the tree and drill down to the courses

All relevant course information will be displayed on the right hand side of the screen. The class schedule is shown in ‘Next Classes’. If no dates are published, there is a ‘Contact Us’ option to request more information. Scroll down the page to view Topic and Objective information along with any relevant pre-requisite information. The number of open seats is displayed for each class. To enrol, click on the Enroll link. The enrollment screen allows you to enter any comments you wish to include with your enrollment. It also

allows you to update your profile if, for example, your e-mail address is incorrect. Once you have read the Terms and Conditions and ticked the box to accept them, click on Confirm your Enrollment.

You will receive a confirmation e-mail to the e-mail address in your profile.

My Training The My Training tab allows you to view the courses you are enrolled in, test scores and historical information.

Click on the link to view the details.

If you need to cancel a course, navigate to the My Training Enrolments link, click on the course name link and the Cancel Enrollment button.

Contact Us Clicking the Contact Us hyperlink brings you to this screen.

Your profile information is automatically displayed on the left of the screen. If any details are incorrect, click on the Update my Profile link. Choose your subject from the drop down list and enter your details in the message area.

Our headquarters information is displayed on the right of the screen.

Homepage At any time, you can click on the Amadeus Learning Centre tab at the top left of the screen to return to the homepage.

Managers If you manage the training of other staff members in your organisation, you can request to be given Training Delegation rights. This will allow you to enrol (and cancel where allowed) your staff online. To request Training Delegation rights, please contact the Training Department via the Contact Us link on the homepage of Amadeus Learning Centre.

When you log into Amadeus Learning Centre with these rights you will be able to browse for courses and enrol other staff in your company.

On the required class, click on the Enroll Others link. This will take you to the following screen.

Your name will appear by default; if you are not attending the course, highlight your name and click on Delete. To add other users, click on Select Student. A dialogue box will appear with a list of all staff within your organisation currently registered on Amadeus e-Support. The top right corner of the box will show you how

many names are displayed, if there are more than 10 you will need to click on the arrow to scroll to the next

screen of names. Choose one or more names by ticking the box next to the name and click OK. (Some information in the screen shot has been removed for confidentiality reasons.)

The chosen students will be displayed on the next screen. You have the option to add in any free text in the Remarks field. Accept the Terms and Conditions and Confirm the Enrolments.

You can view all enrolments you have made for your staff via the Managers tab.

If you need to cancel a staff member, navigate to the My Account’s Enrolments link, click on the course name link for the applicable staff member and the Cancel Enrollment button.
