LEGACY OF BOY SCOUT CAMPING AT POSSUM KINGDOM LAKE

Before Circle Ten Council took possession of the nearly 400 acres on the north shore of Johnson’s Bend of the Brazos River, Eugene Constantin owned this land. It was his dream to one day give this land that he loved to his son. In the 1940’s his son, like many sons of that day, went off to war. Like so many of those sons, he did not return. For many months, Mr. Constantin mourned his loss. He began to wonder what would happen to his beloved land. Mr. Constantin decided that if he couldn’t leave it to his own son, then he would leave it to the sons and daughters of America. So, in 1946, he gave half of the property to the YMCA and the other half to Circle Ten Council, Boy Scouts of America. To honor the man and the son who made this wonderful camp possible, Circle Ten Council named it Camp Constantin. Then, in the mid 1990’s, Jack D. Furst, who grew up attending Camp Constantin (first as a camper and then a staff member), also gave back to the camp he loved. He was the driving force behind the construction of the Jack D. Furst Aquatic Base, which provides the best and most complete waterfront opportunities for Scouts in North Texas and Oklahoma. For over 70 years, Camp Constantin has been the “icon” of what a waterfront Scout camp should be.

WELCOME TO THE CAMPING SEASON!

We are very excited about this camping season and sincerely hope you and your units are as well. The primary purpose of camp is for Scouts to have FUN! While advancing in rank and merit badges are undoubtedly important aspects of the camping experience, Circle Ten and the staff at Camp Constantin goal is to ensure that our Scouts can engage and enjoy as many programs as possible. With that in mind, we have designed Friday morning as a “makeup day” to help our Scouts catch up on what they missed because they were experiencing other activities and merit badge programs during Summer Camp. With all the activities and merit badge programs Camp Constantin has to offer , it is VITAL that your unit takes time to discuss our activities and merit badge program offerings with its Scouts and allow them to make choices based on their individual advancement goal and interests and experiences that will make Summer Camp FUN!.

Scouts who participate in activities of their choosing and have fun at camp will stay in Scouting and return to camp!

This guide contains important information about activities and merit badges programs. On Sunday’s we will share any changes made after this document’s publication at the 7:30 p.m. leaders meeting at the Dining Hall, and on May 14th at the Summer Camp Leaders’ Meeting at the John D Murchison Scouting Center (see page 4). If you have any program questions in advance of camp, please contact us. Our contact information is included in the General Information Section of this Guide.. And as always: THE BEST IS YET TO COME!

PROGRAM OVERVIEW Welcome to Camp Constantin! First and foremost, our staff at Jack D. Furst Aquatic Base at Camp Constantin dedicates themselves to providing the best program possible to supplement the year-round programs of each Scout troop. This is the Circle Ten Council Summer Camp Mission, and here at Camp Constantin we like to do it in style! Jack D. Furst Aquatic Base at Camp Constantin is known for its aquatics programs but we have nine different program areas, filled with a diverse merit badge selection, and staffed by fellow Scouts and Scouters who are ready and eager to help your youth on their Trail to Eagle. These program areas include:

• Aquatics • First Year Camper - Brazos Buccaneers • Eagle’s Landing • Handicraft • Industrial Arts • Nature • Scout Skills (AKA Scout Craft) • Shooting Sports • Sustainable Technology

NOTE ON MERIT BADGE FEES Certain merit badges necessitate a separate fee for cost of materials used in completing the merit badges’ requirements. Merit badges with separate fees, and the fee are identified in the 2020 Program Offerings section of this guide, are noted as such in the discussion of Program Areas of this guide. Scouts will acknowledge the separate fees in completing the Circle Ten CampMaster Course Selection Form that the Scoutmaster will distribute and collect from their Scouts. The Camp will charge all fees for merit badges directly to the unit through the CampMaster system. However, program fees are not due until the troop reconciles their account balance with the Assistant Camp Director during your week at camp. All your Scouts need to do is show up at their assigned class and their supplies will be waiting for them. For example, if you sign a Scout up for Wood Carving merit badge, Circle Ten will automatically charge your unit $7 on the invoice and the Scout can simply pick up their merit badge kit from their instructor at the Program Area. The Trading Post will still have kits available for purchase should a Scout want to do a project for fun.

Merit Badge Combo Classes

One special opportunity when it comes to merit badges is combo classes. In certain cases, merit badge requirements overlap, so it makes sense to pair them together so as to work toward earning both merit badges. In these instances, we have combined those merit badges into one class with one sign-up. It’s like two for the price of one!

Auto Maintenance & Farm Mechanics Basketry and Leatherwork Mammal Study and Nature

Hiking and Backpacking

Geocaching and Orienteering Moviemaking and Photography

Composite Materials and Painting Chemistry and Nuclear Science

PROGRAM AREAS FIRST YEAR CAMPER - BRAZOS BUCCANEERS

This is a 3-hour class that we offer from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. We designed this program for the Scouts in their first six months with a Scout BSA troop. They will spend their time focused on basic Scouting skills and having FUN!!! We know that many youth and parents expect summer camp to be an opportunity to earn merit badges. Consequently, these Scouts enrolled in the First Year Camper program have an opportunity to sign up for two (2) merit badges in the afternoon. We strongly recommend enrolling them in a selection from the following list.

Recommended Merit Badges for a Scout’s first year: Astronomy

Basketry and Leatherwork (Combo Class) First Aid*

Indian Lore Mammal Study and Nature (Combo Class)

Swimming*

After your Scouts have indicated that they would like to take this class, you can register them for this program by simply selecting First Year Camper - Brazos Buccaneers from the dropdown menu in CampMaster and then the two merit badges they would like to take in the subsequent spots. As always, we will not sign-off any requirements for rank advancement as a part of this program. The signing-off of requirements remains the responsibility of the Scoutmaster or their designee. All we will do is provide instruction in those requirements.

* Denotes an Eagle Required Merit Badge

First/Second Class Rank Requirements Class In this option, your first- or second-year Scout will decide before they come to camp whether they want to sign up for the half day program or individual rank instruction classes in the Trail to First Class (TFC) area. In this program, if a Scout has already earned the Tenderfoot or even Second-Class rank before coming to camp, they can specifically sign up for an hourly class offered in the afternoon to address requirements for Second Class and/or First-Class ranks. We encourage First Years to also take First Year Camper merit badges, from the previous list, during the morning program sessions. We set aside specific instruction times to address the requirements for Second Class and First Class on an hourly basis in the afternoon. There are no requirements for participation, and a Scout may participate in one or both hourly sessions. Like the First Year Camper Program, our staff will not actually be signing-off requirements. It remains the responsibility of the Scoutmaster or their designee to determine if the Scout has completed the advancement requirements.

ADVANCED SAILING

For those that have completed the Small-Boat Sailing merit badge, new challenges await. We have larger boats for the advanced sailing students. This year we have a new 16’ AMF Sunbird sloop; a great boat for our lake. Keep in mind this is not a merit badge, but you sign up for it as if it were.

INSTRUCTIONAL SWIMMING

This class is for those Scouts who need to brush up on their swimming skills before they move in to the more challenging aquatics merit badges. If they can pass the swim test on Monday or Tuesday, they can still participate in any other aquatics merit badges that they may want to earn.

SUSTAINABLE TECHNOLOGY

We rearranged this program area to include badges more frequently requested by Scouts. Many of these use our Computer Lab installed just last year to provide Scouts with access to dedicated computers for their merit badge work. This area is the place for creativity, ideas, and fun! WATER ODYSSEY The Water Odyssey is a series of aquatics-based activities available for the older Scouts attending camp. It is a free form program that is designed to give older Scouts a taste of all of the aquatic adventure that we have to offer. From wake boarding and water skiing to sailing and paddle boarding, there is something to challenge even the most experienced Scout. This will allow these Scouts to take merit badge classes in the morning and enjoy afternoons on beautiful Possum Kingdom Lake.

Water Odyssey! Scout Prerequisites:

• 14 years of age • Life Scout or higher • Swimmer classification on BSA Swim Test • Small Boat Sailing merit badge

Pre-registration will be available via CampMaster for the Water Odyssey! The fee to participate in the week’s Water Odyssey activities is $25.

ADULT PROGRAM OPPORTUNITIES We know that Scouts would not be able to enjoy Summer Camp if it weren’t for the adult leaders that donate their time. The staff at Camp Constantin would like to extend our thanks by offering two new opportunities, exclusively for the adult leaders. The adult water odyssey and a series of continuing training opportunities.

ADULT WATER ODYSSEY

For many years the youth visiting Camp Constantin have been enjoying all that Possum Kingdom Lake has to offer. The Adult Water Odyssey will allow the adults to do the same! We offer this program free of charge to any adult leaders wishing to see what the buzz is all about and get out on the lake! There is no charge for this program, but adults must pass the swim test to participate. Adults can sign up for these activities through CampMaster.

ADULT TRAINING OPPORTUNITIES

Every Scout deserves a trained leader. We are expanding our adult training opportunities in 2020. National BSA has recently updated many of their training programs and most are online, but not all. SM & ASM Specific Leader Training, for example, is now all online as is Committee training. We encourage adults to take these online before coming to camp although you can take them at camp as well. We have the following opportunities for 2020. Please sign up via CampMaster.

• Scoutmaster/Assistant Scoutmaster Leader Specific Training (SALT) – no charge • IOLS (introduction to Outdoor Leadership Skills)- $10 • Swimming and Water Rescue (SWR) - $5 • Paddle Craft Safety (PCS) - $5 • Canoe Instructor- $5 • Swimming Instructor- $5 • NRA Trainings (See costs below)

SALT (Scoutmaster Adult Leader Training) - Open to all adult leaders on Wednesday. Required for Scouters who plan to register as Scoutmasters or Assistant Scoutmasters. IOLS (Intro to Outdoor Leadership Skills) - Participants will take part in a fun-filled two-day overnight program of hands-on skills training in the outdoors, designed to help you master basic camp skills required for Tenderfoot to First Class. Required for Scouters who plan to register as Scoutmasters or Assistant Scoutmasters.

SALT + IOLS + Youth Protection = “Trained” SWR (Swimming and Water Rescue) - Is open to all adults. Knowledge of lifeguard skills is helpful, but not required. All participants must have the swimmers tag and Safe Swim Defense and Safety Afloat training (on-line). Swimming & Water Rescue expands the awareness instruction provided by Safe Swim Defense and includes information and skill to prevent, recognize, and respond to swimming

emergencies during unit swimming activities. Council permits SWR holders to conduct swimmer classification testing. PCS (Paddle Craft Safety)– Open to all adults. Knowledge of canoeing is helpful, but not required. All participants must have the swimmers tag, Safe Swim Defense, and Safely Afloat training (on-line). Paddle Craft Safety expands Safety Afloat training to include skills, as well as knowledge, needed for a unit leader to confidently supervise canoeing or kayaking excursions on flat water. Canoe Instructor – Open to all adults. Provides training to become MB Counselor for Canoeing merit badge in your unit. Swimming Instructor - Open to all adults. Provides training to become MB Counselor for Swimming merit badge in your unit.

NATIONAL RIFLE ASSOCIATION (NRA) CERTIFICATION PROGRAM

The Boy Scouts of America National Shooting Sports Manual indicates that a certified NRA range safety officer is to directly supervise all live fire on the range. Only a currently certified National Camping School shooting sports director certified as an NRA rifle instructor or an NRA/USA Shooting/CMP certified rifle coach may offer scouts instruction. The Range Safety Officer (RSO) and the NRA Instructor must be two separate individuals. The classes offered will allow you to meet these requirements and bring a shooting sports program back to your units! Per NRA policy we must teach the basic course prior to teaching any instructor course. You need Basic Instructor Training Course (BITS) for both Instructor and Range Safety Officer (RSO).

1. BITS is FREE (NRA requires this course for any Instructor rating) a. Monday 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

2. Basic Rifle Course is $50.00 a. Monday 4:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. with break for meal b. Tuesday 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. with breaks for meals

3. Rifle Instructor Course is $75.00 a. Wednesday 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

4. RSO is $75.00 a. Wednesday 4:30 p.m. 6:00 p.m. b. Thursday 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

5. Friday: make-up day and paperwork Total Cost is $200. This makes for long days. Remember that your unit and your Scouts come first.

SPECIAL EVENTS & EVENING ACTIVITIES We are excited to invite you to all the special events that we have to offer!

POSSUM FEST

Our premier Monday night program; this is the staff’s way of welcoming your Scouts to Constantin! Classically known as Possum Fest, we will have ice cream sundaes and the waterfront will be open to all Scouts!

Constantin Ironman It’s back for a third great year! Our take on the famous Ironman race! We invite all campers from all troops to participate in this Ironman themed race that will include a timed run, a timed swim, and a canoe relay! You need a team of 4 people, 1 to run, 1 to swim, and 2 to canoe. The best total time wins. Test your physical skills against other campers and become a Constantin Ironman!

JOHNSON’S PEAK HIKE

Challenge yourself with a hike up to the highest peak in Palo Pinto County. Wednesday evening, the staff will lead a trek up to the top of Johnson’s Peak. Once there, you can hear tales of local history, including the legend of how Hell’s Gate got its name and the underwater town, Pickwick.

CINEMA P.K.

After the assault on Johnson’s Peak on Wednesday night, at dusk we will open the Cinema P.K. Join us in the air-conditioned dining hall for a cinematic treat!

FAT BAT TOURNAMENT

The popular camp tradition on Wednesdays is softball Camp Constantin-style and we call it “Fat Bat.” It takes nine to ten youth to field a team and participate in a week-long bracket tournament.

HELL’S GATE CANOE TRIP

One of the highlights of a week at Camp Constantin is the opportunity to take a canoe across the lake and visit one of the most striking features of Possum Kingdom Lake, Hell’s Gate. Sign up will be Monday after lunch as space is limited. Your Scouts will not only have the opportunity to paddle there, but beach your canoe and take the short hike to the top of Hell’s Gate. The Hell’s Gate Canoe Trip will take place Tuesday and Thursday mornings before breakfast. Participants must be “Swimmers” and should have canoeing or kayaking proficiency. See “Guide to Safe Scouting” for additional information. There’s no better place to be than on the lake in the early morning hours!

NUKE ‘EM TOURNAMENT

Also a perennial favorite, the annual Nuke ‘em tournament will once again offer your Scouts the opportunity to win the title NUKE ‘EM CHAMPION OF THE WEEK. This game is played with the same basic rules as the traditional volleyball game, except the ball is caught rather than hit. Players may catch the ball and take a limited number of steps and pass it to another player on their team or try to throw it where no one on the other side can catch it before it hits the ground.

FRIDAY OPEN AREA EXTRAVAGANZA

Friday morning is reserved for scouts to complete merit badges and work on advancement. But every Friday afternoon is reserved for fun. From 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. every area will feature several bonus activities for your Scouts’ enjoyment.

Aquatics – Get the last of your blobbing, rowing, canoeing, kayaking, and swimming before the Water Carnival Extravaganza. Handicraft – Bring anything brand-able that you may have because the fires will be hot and the brands will be smoldering on anything you provide. Shooting Sports – Teams of three (3) from each troop will compete in the Constantin Shoot Out. One participant for each discipline we offer at camp (Rifle, Shotgun, and Archery), your team may even include one adult! Sustainable Technology - Chess Tournament! Test your skills against the grandmasters of the camp. Nature – Rocket Launch in the field in front of the Dining Hall. Competition - You can see the Nuke ‘em Bracket Tournament finale.

WATER CARNIVAL

What visit to the Jack D. Furst Aquatic Base would be complete without viewing the Water Carnival Extravaganza? Featured events will include:

• The world-famous Constantin Sunfish Regatta: Pick your two best sailors and compete against the rest of the camp.

• The homemade raft race: Pick up your raw materials anytime during the week and build your entry into the raft race with anything else you can find in your campsite – that’s not a watercraft, of course!

• The Iron Man competition • We will close with a recognition ceremony for all the fantastic achievements that were earned

during your week of summer camp. • Following the Awards Ceremony there will be an Order of the Arrow Call-Out ceremony. All

parents and guests are invited to watch, but please no flash photography.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE PROCEDURES CHECK-IN To better serve your unit, we are asking that you bring a BSA generated roster which indicates Scouts and leaders who will be camping with us during the week. You must list all adults and youth that will be spending at least one overnight on your BSA generated roster. Retrieve this roster from my.scouting.org. Simply log in to your my.scouting account and find the “Member Manager” tab on the left hand side. Find the Roster information there under “Roster Details”. You can export certain roster information from there including a list of every Scout registered in your unit. From there we would ask that you highlight those in attendance for your summer camp adventure. Your local council service center, or your district executive can also help you obtain a BSA generated roster. We will be signing up for check in arrival times at the Leaders meetings on May 14 (see info on page 4). Please plan to arrive at your appointed time and please make sure that your unit brings the following for check-in (due to limited copy paper and ink, the camp cannot make copies at camp.):

• A copy of your BSA generated roster with the names of those youth and adults in attendance highlighted (see paragraph above for details on how to generate your BSA roster).

• A copy of your Complete Annual Health and Medical Record (parts A, B and C) for all Scouts and adult leaders attending camp. We will return all medical forms to the troop after camp concludes. Date all shots information with year, you must attach official shot records to the medical forms.

https://filestore.scouting.org/filestore/HealthSafety/pdf/680-001_ABC.pdf The State of Texas requires all participants spending at least one night in the campsite to submit all

three parts of the BSA health and medical record signed and dated in the previous 12 months. • A copy of your unit’s severe weather hazard training card (at least 1 adult must have the

training) • For each adult attending camp, troops must turn in the following upon arrival:

1. Copy of the Sexual Offender database check (Instructions on page 30) 2. Copy of a valid Youth Protection certification. (Training valid for two years) 3. Adult in Camp State Compliance Form (page 28)

If any of these forms are missing, the camp cannot allow the adult to remain at camp overnight. • You will set an appointment with the Assistant Camp Director to reconcile your camp fees

during the check-in process. At that time the camp will collect any outstanding fees from the troop.

• All Non-Circle Ten Council units will need to bring two (2) copies of their local council insurance claim form.

Camp check-in occurs at your designated time on Sunday afternoon. When you first arrive at camp, a camp staff member, who will serve as your Staff Guide for the orientation period, will meet your troop to begin the check-in process and prepare your Scouts for medical re-checks, swim checks, and a tour of camp. One adult leader is responsible for checking in the troop at Camp Headquarters. On the Sunday you arrive, we will have a combined Scoutmaster and Senior Patrol Leader meeting. We will cover lots of important information to make your experience at camp a safe and memorable stay. We will hold this meeting in the Dining Hall at 7:30 p.m.

NOTE: To ensure safety, staff will allow only one vehicle per unit into the campsite to deliver gear. Trailers may remain in camp, but all vehicles must go to the parking lot. Campers who require a medical vehicle pass, should see the camp medic. Although the camp needs an immediate head count for meals on arrival, you will set an appointment with the Assistant Camp Director to settle your financial position on Monday or Tuesday. After a brief visit with the Camp Director, you will immediately head to your campsite with your Staff Guide. After you and your Staff Guide inspect camp-supplied equipment for damage, your troop can begin to set up your site, Other activities for Sunday include

• Swim check • Participate in a camp tour • Complete medical re-checks

Please take the time to note any damaged equipment so that we may repair or replace it and thus not charge your troop at the end of your week (troops must pay for any equipment they damage). The Camp Director reserves the right to adjust campsite assignments.

SWIM TESTS, MEDICAL RE-CHECKS AND FORMS

Swim Tests - Swimming and boating on Possum Kingdom Lake are two of the most enjoyable activities at Jack D. Furst Aquatic Base at Camp Constantin. Safety is our number one priority, and we have established some simple guidelines to ensure a safe stay. Any Scout or leader who wishes to participate in aquatic activities must have completed the BSA swim test. Your troop can take their swim check prior to your arrival at summer camp. Find details on page 15 of the 2020 Leaders Guide for Summer camp. At any time, the Aquatics Director reserves the right to make any Scout or leader re-take the swim check.

Medical Re-checks and Medical Forms - All Scouts and leaders attending camp must have completed a BSA Annual Health and Medical Record before attending camp. As part of your camp tour, leaders and campers will visit with the Camp Medic for a brief medical re-check. The purpose of this re-check is not to conduct a second physical, but to make the Camp Medic aware of any potential health problems, personal medications, or concerns that a camper or leader may have. The form is available at http://www.Scouting.org/filestore/HealthSafety/pdf/680-001_ABC.pdf. The camp will return all medical forms to the troop at the end of your week in camp. Individuals must date all shot information with year or you must attach official shot records to the medical forms.

CHECK-OUT

We planned Saturday breakfast for your convenience. We designed the menu to be portable and starting at 7:00 a.m. you may send a representative to the Dining Hall and pick up your Grab-n-Go meal. You will be issued enough food for your entire unit and you are welcome to stay and enjoy your meal in the dining hall or take it back to your campsite. After breakfast, Scouts are to return to their campsites to pack and clean up. All the Program Area Directors will be available inside the Scoutmaster Lounge after breakfast to answer any questions that

unit leaders may have concerning merit badges or advancement reports. Please take advantage of this service so we can resolve any issues before your unit departs. A camp staff member will visit your campsite to inspect it with the troop leader. Remember your unit must return any camp equipment your unit borrowed to the Quartermaster before staff will clear your unit to leave. Once the staff have cleared you to leave, take your clearance form and the Camp Evaluation Form to the office. Camp patches and any remaining material will be issued when you check out at the Headquarters building. Remember, to ensure safety, staff will allow only one vehicle per unit into the campsite to pick up gear. Gates will open at 6:45 a.m. to start packing your vehicles. Prior to your final departure from camp please stop by the camp office to submit your recommendations for our remaining 2020 camping season as well as sign up for another summer camp experience at one of the Circle Ten Council Camps if you have not done so during the week.

TRADING POST & OTHER NOTES

Camp Constantin is pleased to offer an air-conditioned Trading Post that will have all your camping needs in one location! We will offer everything from chips and soda, to frozen Snickers and Slushes, merit badge kits and supplies. Forgot your compass? We remembered it and brought it for you! T-shirts, hats, gifts, walking staff emblems, pocket knives, you name it, and it’s here at the Trading Post located next to the Handicraft pavilion.

Spending Money – We request that campers bring only small bills; ones, fives and tens to camp. The Trading Post cannot easily make change for larger bills. Keep all personal items and spending money in a secure box while at camp. Clearly mark all clothing with your full name and troop number. The camp is not responsible for securing or for the loss of personal items. It is your responsibility to keep track of all personal valuables while at camp.

DO NOT BRING VALUABLES TO CAMP. Clearly mark all clothing and equipment with your full name and troop number.

Encourage your Scouts, as we will, to drink water located in every program area and main areas

in camp in ice cold coolers. Besides, it’s free!

Hammocks We do permit hammocks at camp. Mount them no higher than a Scout is tall. Do not mount hammocks on top of each other. Hang them from trees only. Do not mount hammocks inside tents. The frames are not designed to handle hammocks.

First Aid Each unit should take care of its own needs as much as possible. For more serious issues, come to the health lodge. We encourage each unit to bring a first aid kit to take care of the usual minor cuts and injuries Scouts experience. Drink water and sports drinks frequently to prevent dehydration.

Buddy System All programs stress the use of the buddy system, whereby campers engage in activities with at least one other person so that they can monitor and help each other.

Rest at Camp – The amount of sleep a Scout gets can make the difference between a great camping experience and a poor one. Each person needs an adequate amount of sleep to function in a cheerful and positive manner. The Camp Scoutmaster is responsible to see that each Scout has the opportunity to get at least eight (8) hours of sleep each night. This means each troop should respect the quiet time from 9:45 pm to 7:00 am. Bicycles – Bicycles are welcome at camp. Per the Guide to Safe Scouting, you must wear a helmet (adults too). Cots – Camp Constantin does NOT provide cots. You are encouraged to bring your own. Scouts’ Own Interfaith Service – A Scout is Reverent. On Wednesday morning at 7:00 a.m. our Chaplain will lead a Chapel Service (Scouts’ Own Interfaith Service) in the Amphitheater. All Chaplain Aides are encouraged to see the Chaplain ahead of time to coordinate helping with the service. Adopt a Campsite – Would you like to adopt your campsite? Have a Camp Constantin campsite you can call home! Take pride in adopting a campsite! What does it take to adopt a campsite? After selecting a campsite, visit at least twice a year and…

• Maintain/Improve/Update pavilion • Maintain/Improve/Update campsite latrine • Trim tree limbs • Clear brush • Mow, trim and landscape • Assist with erosion control • Contact Ranger Shae Smith. [email protected] (903) 875-5172

Troop Rocks – Let everyone know your troop was here! Get with Ranger Shae and pick out a rock. Paint and decorate in your troop’s own Scouting appropriate design. Be part of Constantin all year long!
