Position Description Summary
Department: Enterprise Business, Sales & Marketing Location: Head Office
Designation: Assistant Manager – Enterprise Sales
Department Overview: Enterprise Business vertical provides internet solutions to a wide range of B2B customers ranging from SOHOs ( small office & home office), MSMBs (micro, small & midsize businesses), SMBs, SMEs, Medium & Large Enterprises.
Position Overview
Accountability:
Responsible for driving sales (High Speed Business Plans & Leased Line) for the Enterprise Business vertical.
Major Deliverables:
Prepare and submit annual sales plan and budget to Head Enterprise Business for approval covering Bandwidth, Leased Lines, Geographic Spread of Enterprise Clients, Sales Manpower plan and projected revenues
Review enquiries on a weekly basis and visit 10% of all enquiries with Sales team Design and implement sales strategies to ensure achievement of sales and ARPU targets as per
the approved plan Design MIS format for tracking and compliance against sales plan Submit MIS to management in the approved format and decided periodicity Conduct reviews of Enterprise Business team on weekly basis Conduct sales trainings for Enterprise Business team for improving their soft skills. Submit periodic market intelligence report to Head Enterprise Business on Market trends,
contemporary Products and competitors practices Conduct periodic market assessment of customer satisfaction to draw plans to address areas of
concern for ensuring customer retention. Provide feedback to management on market response to new product launches Ensure implementations of approved sales promotions schemes across the Enterprise Business
Vertical. Need to maintain 100% adherence to the processes and policies of the company. Responsible for educating and training the concerned team regarding company/vertical vision,
values, processes and policies.
Supervises:Territory Sales Officers (Sales Force)
Reports: Head Enterprise Business
Person Overview / Qualification & Experience:Qualification: Graduate in any discipline with Post graduate qualification in Management, preferably B.E. or B.Tech in any discipline with Postgraduate qualification in Management
Overall Experience: 5 + years Age: 25+ years
Essential Attributes (Experience / Exposure characteristics): Overall experience of 5-7 years in Telecom/ISP/ or Service Industry Min 2-3 years of experience in handling a team Direct selling Experience in B2B/Corporate/Enterprise Sales Local working knowledge of the city Should have handled a sales team of min 8-10 people
Desirable Attributes (Experience / Exposure characteristics): Well networked with local corporate clients Has sound technical knowledge about basics of ISP industry (LL, VPN, MPLS, Point to Point etc) Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word & Powerpoint)
Aptitude (Personal traits / Preferences): Awareness of market trends and contemporary products in the ISP sector
