PROVISIONAL BOOKINGSCourse places can be reserved provisionally for up to 5 working daysprovided you make the reservation at least 20 working days prior tocourse commencement. If you do not confirm your reservation (as setout below) within 5 working days of making your reservation, yourreservation will be automatically cancelled.
CONFIRMATION OF RESERVATION To confirm your reservation and enrol for the course, you must do so at least 10 working days prior to course commencement bycompleting the registration form and paying, or agreeing to pay,for the course as set out below.
LATE BOOKINGSBookings made within 10 working days of course commencementmust be paid for, or agreed to be paid for, immediately at time ofenrolment. Provisional bookings cannot be accepted at this time.

CONFIRMATION OF ENROLMENT BY SUN Once we have received your payment or agreement to pay, we willconfirm your reservation. If a delegate fails to attend the first or any subsequent day of a course,Sun reserves the right to deny the delegate entry to the classroom forthe remainder of the course. If Sun exercises this right, the bookingwill be deemed cancelled and you will be liable for the full course fee.
Delegate substitutions are acceptable provided notice is given prior tocourse commencement and that the substitute delegate meets allcourse prerequisites or is approved by Sun Training Management.
In the situation where a course is run exclusively for a customer – atone of Sun Training training centres, on a customer site or any otheralternative venue – course cancellation must be received in writing atleast 10 working days in advance of course commencement. You willremain liable for the full course fee and any expenses incurred by Sunif cancellation is received after this time.
In the event that it is necessary for Sun Training to cancel or reschedulea course, we will endeavour to give a minimum 10 working days notice.Sun reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course at any time.Sun will use all reasonable endeavour to give minimum 10 workingdays notice. In the event of a cancellation or a delegate not being ableto attend on the alternative date, Sun will offer a full refund of theoriginal course fee as the delegate’s sole and exclusive remedy. Sun will not be liable for any other expenses incurred such as travelor accommodation costs.
TRANSFERYou may transfer the course booking to alternative dates and incurno additional costs provided the request is made in writing at least10 working days in advance of course commencement. Once withinthis time period a sliding scale of charges will apply as follows:

TRANSFER INSURANCEAs a supplementary service, at the initial point of ordering a scheduledcourse, you may purchase the right to transfer a delegate at any stageprior to course commencement to an alternative date and incur nofurther charges. The cost of this service is 5% of the list price of thecourse at the time of booking and is valid for one transfer only.Purchase of this service does not cover the customer for cancellationof the course.
In these terms, ‘working days’ means all days other than Saturdays,Sundays and bank holidays.
LOST MATERIALSSun shall not be responsible for the loss or theft of course materialsafter delivery to the customer. Course materials will only beprovided by Sun as part of the purchase of the relevant course andnot as separate items of supply.
CERTIFICATION EXAM VOUCHERSExam vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.Examinations must be booked and taken prior to the voucherexpiration date. Vouchers may only be used for the applicableexamination as stated on the voucher confirmation. Voucherexpiration dates will not be extended. Vouchers will automaticallyexpire and cease to be valid at the end of the expiration date.Vouchers may not be redeemed for cash, credit or refund. Sun shallnot be responsible for the loss or theft of voucher confirmations afterdelivery to the customer.
