The worldwide trend for plansifters is to use sieves without back wire. For this reason, we havedeveloped a double-effect cleaner which tilts androtates in the sieve frame, cleaning the sieve meshand the sieve bottom at one and the same time.

Double-Cleaners with tongue

Cleaners for plansifter sieves without back wire

The triangular shape which has proven to be highly effective in daily application in the past, alsoforms the basis for the design of our new doublecleaner. The result is a cleaner with a wide range ofadvantages:

• dynamic knocking and cleansing effect due to theideal combination of form and weight,

• excellent cleaning effect due to bristles or studsover entire sur face area of cleaner,

• bristles or studs on the corners of the cleanermake for effective cleaning of all corners of the sieve,

• thorough cleaning of sieve bottom due to effective bottom cleaning elements (slider knob, tongue and two corner scrapers),

• simple to insert, for convenient and fast replacement.

For optimum cleansing, the space between the sieve bottom and the mesh should measure 28.5–30.0 mm.

Optimum service!Should your sieve frames or the spaces betweensieve bottom and mesh differ from those recom-mended, we can offer you custom solutions. Justask. We will be glad to advise you!

Improved sifting performance is also guaranteed even when thesieve cleaners are used in warm, humid climates.
