o Gangyang has passed TS16949 system certification, but the effectiveness of TS16949 system is still a problem, the actual execution and system
documents have large gap, specific problems are as below:
Frequency of internal system audit is not enough, can not find the problem in time.
Process audit is not implemented effectively.
Mistake proofing of production line is without verification.
The team didn’t get sufficient training, control plan was non-conforming.
o Clients' expectations is to solve the gap between implementing and documents of quality management system.

o Beijing Beinei is the Daimler local supplier, and his quality system is the typical china government style. And the customer require Beinei to set up the
VDA quality system.
o We help Beinei to set up new VDA quality system. Main elements are as below.
Project management system ; Manufacture process quality control process; Internal audit system;Capability verification system; Non-conform
management system; Measurement system; Maturity level, Q-gate control system.
o VDA standard training to Beinei.
o Quality tools training to Beinei.
o Annual audit conduct.

o Beinei have a potential ability to get award for other Germany OEM project. Eg. BMW

o Loncin is the OEM, motor vehicle manufacture to BMW brand motor.
o But Loncin quality system have big gap with BMW customer requirement.
o As NOK rate is very high, quality and capacity can’t satisfy BMW requirement.
o Also as Loncin low performance result BMW project SOP postpone for several months.
o Improve and optimize the quality system by BMW and VDA requirement.

o BYD want input VDA6.3 standard, and use it to manage BYD suppliers.
o BYD SQE team have no any VDA6.3 background.
o 3S help BYD to set up VDA6.3 ability. Action as below.
VDA6.3 class training to BYD.
Quality tools training to BYD, APQP, ISIR(PPAP), SPC, MSA, FMEA, 8D, Maturity level, Q-gates.
On-site VDA6.3 reality audit to BYD supplier, coaching BYD SQE on site. (3S leader auditor)
Qualify and verification BYD SQE. (BYD SQE conduct BDA6.3 audit and 3S check on-site).
VDA6.3 training and coaching qualify VDA6.3 auditors.

o VDA6.3 standard was input to BYD supply chain.

o Our consultants provided a fully set of training of 6Sigma method(DAMIC) and lean tools(5S,Takt Time etc.) to clients.
o Through training, optimize clients’ manufacturing process, improve work efficiency, increase tact time, achieve the goal of production cost down.
o 6Sigma method is a set of very practical tools, we coach trainees’ specific project , during project ongoing, give necessary pressure to the trainees to
push trainees upright learning attitude, guarantee the training effect.
o Test and certificate the trainees.
