Year 9 Music Alternative Tasks

You are to complete four tasks during the semester

1. Performance- Solo- Group ( depending on combinations available)

2. Individual research- Prominent performers of your main musical instrument- 2 contrasting composers of your main instrument

3. Composition (IT)- Simple melody with regular phrasing- Two part melody

4. Theory- Individualised learning, advancing your current knowledge of theory.

(Trinity / Associate Board etc)- Online activities and learning

You are to keep a learning journal of your activities. When there are no rooms available (library full / no practice rooms ) you are to join the class with regular activities
