PROCEDURE:1. Weigh Phase A in a blender and homogenize on high speed for 1 minute.2. Weigh Phase C in a beaker and heat oil phase to 65°C while mixing at 500 rpm with a propeller mixer.3. Once Phase C is homogeneous, add Phase B to Phase A and mix for 30 seconds.4. Then add Phase C to A & B. Mix for 2 minutes on low speed. Press a cake and check for oil spots. Mix an additional minute if necessary.

PROCEDURE:1. Pre-mix Phase A using a blender or pulverizer. If blending, mix for 2 minutes. If pulverizing, 1 pass.2. Begin heating Phase B in a beaker to 65°C while mixing with a propeller mixer at 300 rpm until wax is melted and mixture is uniform (~10 minutes).3. Add Phase B to Phase A and mix accordingly dependent on batch size, 2-3 minutes on low speed in a blender or 10 minutes at 3000 rpm for a containerized batch module.4. Pass through pulverizer once more then press and package.

PROCEDURE: 1. Weigh Phase A in a beaker and begin heating to 85°C while mixing with a propeller mixer at 500 rpm. Cover mixture with plastic.2. Pre-mix Phase B in a blender on high speed for 1 minute.3. Once Phase A is clear of wax (about 15 minutes) and homogeneous, add Phase B to Phase A and mix for 5 minutes.4. Mixture solidifies quickly, pour into desired containers while maintaining temperature around 80°C.

PROCEDURE:1. Weigh a beaker and record the weight.2. Weigh Phase A into the beaker and begin mixing with a propeller mixer at 500 rpm while heating to 90°C to 95°C until complete dissolution.3. Weigh Water (Phase B) into a beaker and heat to 60°C to 65°C. Then add Cellulose Gum while mixing at 500 rpm (propeller mixer).4. Once Cellulose Gum is dissolved, add remaining Phase B ingredients and continue mixing at 1500 rpm for 10 minutes.5. Replace evaporated Isododecane from Phase A and add to Phase B. Continue mixing at 2000 rpm with heat until mixture is thick with propeller mixer.

PROCEDURE:1. Begin heating Phase C until melted (about 60° C). 2. Blend Phase B in a blender for 1 minute. 3. Once uniform, add Phase C to Phase B and blend in a blender for 2 minutes. 4. Add Phase A to a beaker and begin mixing with a propeller mixer at 500 rpm.5. Add phase B and C to Phase A. Continue mixing for about 5 minutes.6. Add Phase D to A,B & C in the beaker. Then add phase E. The makeup will become very thick almost instantly. Scrape sides of the beaker and help mixing along with a spatula. Continue mixing for 2 minutes. Fill into airtight containers.

PROCEDURE:1. Weigh Phase B in a beaker. Begin homogenizing for 25 minutes at 4500 rpm.2. Then weigh Phase A in a beaker and begin mixing at 500 rpm with a propeller mixer while heating at 85 to 95°C. Once mixture is clear (about 15 minutes), add Phase B to Phase A.3. Continue mixing at 500 rpm for an additional 10-15 minutes. Remove from heat and pour into lipstick mold.4. Once solidified, place in a freezer for 30 minutes. Allow lipstick to rest for 10 minutes, then remove from mold and package.

PROCEDURE:1. Weigh a beaker, record the weight and add Phase B to the beaker.2. Begin heating to 75 to 85°C while mixing with a propeller mixer at 500 rpm.3. Pulverize Phase A or pre-mix in a blender for 2 or 3 minutes on high speed (check pigment dispersion).4. Add Phase A to Phase B and begin homogenizing at 4000 rpm with heat (75 - 85°C).5. Remove beaker and weigh it. Add evaporated Isododecane to the mixture with hand stirring.6. Pour into desired lipstick molds and package into air tight containers.

Check that all ingredients are dissolved.3. Combine all Phase C ingredients.4. Pour Phase B into Phase A while homogenizing at 5000 rpm and homogenize for 3 minutes.5. Pour phase C into Phase A & B mixture while homogenizing at 3000 rpm and continue to homogenize for 1 minute.6. Cool to 50°C and add Phase D. Continue to cool to 35°C and degas.
