    ENVIRONMENTAL HAZARDS

    This product is toxic to shrimp. Do not applydirectly to water, or to areas where surfacewater is present or to intertidal areas below the

    mean high water mark.This product is highly toxic to bees exposed todirect treatment or residues on blooming cropsor weeds. Do not apply this product or allow itto drift to blooming crops or weeds if bees arevisiting the treatment area.

    Apply this product only as specified on thelabel. Spraying directly on plants may causephytotoxicity. Test an inconspicuous areabefore treating plants.

    PHYSICAL OR CHEMICAL HAZARDS

    Flammable. Contents under pressure. Keepaway from heat, sparks, and open flame. Do notpuncture or incinerate container. Exposure to

    temperatures above 130F may cause bursting.Do not spray on plastic, painted or varnishedsurfaces. Do not spray directly into any elec-tronic equipment such as radios, televisions,computers, etc.

    HOW TO USE WHITMIRE MICRO-GENCRACK & CREVICE INJECTION SYSTEM

    CRACK & CREVICE TREATMENT: Use withthe supplied actuator and injection tubes orother Whitmire Micro-Gen equipment. Placeinjection tip into cracks, crevices, holes and

    other small openings where insects maybe harboring, living and breeding. For lightinfestations, move injection tip along crackswhile treating at the rate of 3 ft/sec. Forheavy infestations, move injection tip alongat 1 ft/sec. For closed voids, calculate thevoids cubic area and treat at the rate of1 - 5 sec/3 ft3. Several holes may be required inlong-running voids. Reapply as necessary.

    SPOT TREATMENT: Use with the suppliedactuator and injection tubes or other WhitmireMicro-Gen equipment. Hold container uprightwhile spraying. Direct nozzle approximately12 from surface to be treated. Apply directlyon insects in these locations when possible.

    INDOOR TREATMENTS

    CRAWLING INSECTS: Apply as a Crack &Crevice or spot treatment where insects areharboring, traveling or breeding. Reapply asnecessary. For example, openings aroundpipes and sinks, under refrigerators, pantries,behind baseboards, washing machines, stoves,

    cabinets, sewer, floor drains and meter boxes.In commercial areas, apply as a Crack &Crevice or spot treatment in office areas, stain-less steel equipment, shelving, machinery,storage areas, pallets and other areas whereinsects may be harboring, traveling, breedingor entering the structure.

    BED BUGS: Apply as a Crack & Crevice orspot treatment where evidence of bed bugsoccurs. This includes bed frames, box springs,inside empty dressers, clothes closets andcarpet edges, high and low wall moldingsand wallpaper edges. Do not use this producton mattresses, pillows, bed linens or clothes.Remove all clothes and other articles fromdressers or clothes closets before application.Allow all treated areas to dry thoroughly beforeuse. Reapply as necessary. Not recommendedfor use as sole protection against bed bugs. Ifevidence of bed bugs is found in/on mattressesuse products approved for this use.

    NON FOOD AREAS: Includes areas such asgarbage rooms, lavatories, floor drains (tosewers), entries and vestibules, offices, lockerrooms, machine rooms, boiler rooms, garages,mop closets and storage areas (after canningor bottling), serving areas (when no food ispresent). Apply as a Crack & Crevice treatmentor spot treatment to selective surfaces such asbaseboards, under elements of construction,stainless steel equipment, shelving, machinery,

    storage areas, pallets, tables, chairs and otherareas where these insects may be harboring,traveling, breeding or entering the structure.Reapply as necessary.

    INDOOR AND OUTDOOR TREATMENTS

    TO KILL FORAGING CARPENTER ANTS:Locate suspected infestation and/or insect tun-nels and cavities. Drill pilot holes into insecttunnels, galleries and inaccessible closed voids.Drill holes 8 - 10 apart. Inject 5 - 10 sec/perhole. Foraging carpenter ants must be directly

    contacted at time of application to be effective.Contact as many ants as possible. Non-residualtreatment. Reapply as needed. Do not contactelectrical wiring, plumbing, etc. when drillingand never use metal wood injectors whereelectrical shock could occur. Use a WhitmireMicro-Gen standard plastic void injector if thereis danger of electrical contact.

    ASIAN LADY BEETLES, BOXELDER BUGS,ELM LEAF BEETLES, CLUSTER FLIES ANDCLOVER MITES: Apply as a Crack & Crevice orspot treatment where these insects maybe harboring, traveling, breeding or enteringthe structure. For example, behind siding,wall voids, around windows and door frames.Reapply as necessary.

    FRUIT AND PHORID FLIES: Treat cracks,crevices, voids, holes and small openings wherethese insects may be harboring, traveling,breeding or entering the structure as adultsor larvae. Pay particular attention to breedingsites and areas containing debris. Spot treat-ment to surface resting sites not associatedwith food or food preparation areas, of theadults, is permitted. Treatment of the catchbasin area of drains is permitted. Crack &Crevice or spot treatment to the walls undermanhole covers is also permitted. Do not sprayproduct directly down into drains or sewers.Reapply as necessary.

    OUTDOOR TREATMENTSTREATMENT OF THE STRUCTURE FROMTHE OUTSIDE: Treat where listed insects maybe harboring, traveling, breeding or enteringthe structure. For example, weep holes; undersiding; wall voids; soffits; around attic vents;cracks and crevices; openings around windows,doors and pipes and landscape timbers.Treatment of infested fences and tree holesis permitted. Direct treatment of ant trailsis permitted.

    ARGENTINE ANTS: To treat nests, injectthe nest at 3 - 6 sites at a rate of 5 - 10 sec/site. For very large nests (over 12 diameter),increase the number of injection sites. Spaceinjection sites in a circular pattern on the nestsurface with 1 site in the center. To quiet activeants on nest surface, sweep surface with sprayfrom a distance of 12. Treat new nests as theyappear.

    TO KILL FORAGING CARPENTER ANTSLIVING INSIDE TREES: Determine the high-est and lowest elevation of the colony. Drillholes into colony at highest elevation andinject 5 - 10 sec. Do the same for lowestelevation. Drill intermediate holes every4 ft between the upper and lower elevationsif required. Foraging carpenter ants must bedirectly contacted at time of application to beeffective. Contact as many ants as possible.Non-residual treatment. Reapply as needed.

    TO KILL FORAGING CARPENTER ANTS INSTUMPS, UTILITY POLES AND FENCES:Treat open holes or drill horizontal holes in acircular pattern where insects are suspected.Inject 2 - 5 sec of product/hole. Foragingcarpenter ants must be directly contacted attime of application to be effective. Contact asmany ants as possible. Non-residual treatment.Reapply as needed.

    STORAGE AND DISPOSALDo not contaminate water, food or feed bystorage or disposal.

    PESTICIDE STORAGE: Store in a cool, dryarea away from heat or open flame andinaccessible to children.

    PESTICIDE DISPOSAL: Wastes resultingfrom use of this product may be disposed

    of on site, in accordance with the labeldirections, or at an approved waste disposalfacility.

    CONTAINER DISPOSAL: Do not punctureor incinerate! If empty: Place in trash oroffer for recycling if available. If partlyfilled: Call your local solid waste agency fordisposal instructions.

    Contains no CFCs or other ozonedepleting substances.

    Federal regulations prohibit CFCpropellants in aerosols.
