Brine and Fluid Filtration ServiceOur brine and fluid filtration service involves purifying and clarifying water, brine
and other liquids. This ranges from general particulate removal to critical sub
micron applications in the oil and gas industry. This is achieved by utilizing a
combination of complete skid mounted systems as well as consumables to support
the filtration operation.

Wellbore Cleanup ServiceAlpha Integrated’s range of Wellbore Cleanup service consists of the Tough Boy TM
Cleanup Equipment, one of the industry’s most reliable set of equipment for proper
wellbore conditioning. This includes the scraper and brush tool line, debris removal
tools, fluid manipulation tools and the special purpose tools.

Alpha’s Brush Tool
Alpha Integrated’s “Tough Boy”TM Brush Tool is a well bore clean-
up tool designed to clean the inside of casing and risers
periodically during drilling or during the completion phase of a
well.
The tool has brush components to scour the ID of each riser joint
and each connector. The one-piece body is full strength and has
drill pipe connections for direct insertion into the drill string.
This robust brush tool is stabilized slightly below drift diameter of the
riser to aid in centralization of the drill string.
Alpha’s Casing Scraper
Alpha Integrated’s “Tough Boy”TM Casing Scrapers are designed
to provide 100% coverage of the inner wall of casing and liners.
The 45-degree left and right hand blade design is contoured to
the exact fit of the casing.
This tool is very effective in the removal of mud cake, cement
sheath, pipe scale and shot burrs. The Tough BoyTM is
recommended for use in all drilling applications as well as clean-
out / displacement assemblies.
The one piece tool body is manufactured from, high-alloy steel
and has the highest operating parameters in the industry. The
blades are precision cast and surface casehardened to 55-60
HRC.
The design allows you to rotate 100 RPM’s or more while milling out
cement and delivers reliability, minimum up keep and easy on site
maintenance.

Alpha’s Magnet Tool
Alpha Integrated’s “Tough Boy”TM Magnet Tool is a string magnet
used for ferrous metal debris removal from the well bore.
Robust in design, it is ideal for completion cleanup, milling, and
work-over applications. The tool is fully rotational, centralized by a
non-rotating stabilizer and dressed with powerful high
temperature magnets.
The “Tough Boy”TM Magnet Tool is designed to be safely and
easily cleaned on location for multiple trips throughout the phases
of operation.
Alpha’s Riser Waster Retriever
Alpha Integrated’s “Tough Boy”TM Riser Waste Retriever is a
large capacity debris-capturing tool. This riser tool was designed
in recognition of the fact that even at high pump rates only
relatively low annular velocities are achieved in the riser.
It features screened drainage for positive debris removal, Venturi
porting to enhance debris capture through fluid manipulation
and robust solid mandrel design with 6 5/8” reg. connection for
superior torsion and tensile yield strengths.
In the dynamic environment of deepwater completion a higher
degree of cleanliness is required to prevent non productive time.
This tool will retrieve debris that has been loosened but not
circulated out and which otherwise could fall down the well.

Alpha’s Combo Magnet Jet Tool
Alpha Integrated’s “Tough Boy”TM Combo Magnet jet
tool allows you to jet the area above and below the wear bushing
and retrieve any shavings or metallic debris on the magnets above
jet nozzles. After cutting a window for side tracking, shavings are left
behind and may not get circulated out of the hole. They can now
be forced out and trapped by magnets with this new combo tool.
The tool has a 10 inch OD with magnets below the tool join with
7/8” jets that are spaced, 8 at 45 degree angles and 8 below that
are horizontal. Below the horizontal jets, the 10” OD of the tool has a
45 degree bevel, allowing it to fit in the wear bushing fitted with 4
flutes so that circulation is not hampered.
Below the flutes the OD changes to 6 ¼”, 34” below that are two
5/8” jets at 45 degree angles, and 8” below those jets two more are
horizontal jets.
Alpha’s Circulating Tool
Alpha Integrated’s “Tough Boy”TM Circulating Tool is used to
boost flow rates at Liner tops, which is essential for proper hole
cleaning. It also enables an efficient exchange of well bore fluids
or spotting of chemical pills.
This Tool is always run in the hole with the ports closed and is
opened through contact with the Liner top.
Depending on the field adjustable configuration setting, once
activated, it either closes as soon as contact with the Liner top is
lost, or it remains open and is only closed again as long as
contact with the Liner top is reestablished.

Solid Control ServiceAlpha Integrated’s solid control system contains five stages: the mud tank, shale
shaker, vacuum degasser, desander, desilter, and centrifuge. The shale shaker is
used to separate big solids with diameter above 75μm, the desander addresses
solids from 45-74μm, and the desilter segregates solids between 15-44μm.
Sometimes the desander and desilter are combined as one high efficiency mud
cleaner. When air enters the drilling fluids, a vacuum degasser is used to separate the
air. When there is no air in the mud, the degasser works as a big agitator. All these
stages are mounted on the top of the mud tank. After separating the solids, the
clean mud can be pumped into the borehole again.
Drilling fluid maintenance cost, clean up, and disposal cost as well as the overall cost
of boring are reduced dramatically when our solids control techniques are utilized.

Mud Logging Service
Alpha Integrated possesses portable explosion proof Marine Offshore Hydrocarbon
Well Logging Unit. The Unit conforms to specifications and regulations to be used in
zones Class 1, Division 2, Group C&D Hazardous Location, as defined by US OSHA
(Occupational, Safety, Health and Administration).
It is in compliance of requirements of the National Fire Protection Agency to conform
to requirements for pressurization and emergency shutdown under NFPA Regulations
496 for Class 1, Division 2, Group C&D Locations. It comes with a storage container.
The Unit runs on the updated version of the WISE software (Well Information System
Evaluator). The gas system is made up of the Sample Flow Panel, FID Total
Hydrocarbon Analyzer (THA) and Dual FID Chromatograph. It comprises of a wide
range of sensors that aids in proper and accurate well monitoring.
