ALPAN Wall FormsDesigned for concrete pressure of 60 kN/m2
LIGHTWEIGHT, HIGH STRENGTH AND EFFICIENT PANEL SYSTEMALPAN Wall Forms are light weight compared to the size of the panels, 22 kg per m2 and high strength, allowing easy and fast hand set installation on a job site. This new panel wall form system gives contractors more options when assembling panels in large gang form structures and allows easy dismantling upon completion.
The main structural support member is not the outside panel frame as it is with present similar systems. It is the middle box beam member that supports ties running through it. The middle box member on a 2.9 m high panel has three cone shaped holes for tie installations and with its conguration does not allow cement seepage during concrete pour.
Upon dismantling of ALPAN Panels, due to the unique position of ties in the middle of the panel, a symmetrical imprint of the panels with its central tie holes outlined by the frame line is created on the concrete wall.
ALPAN Panel frame is made of high strength aluminum alloy with members welded together using robotic equipment in order to maintain standard quality of product.

SIMPLICITY
Ingenuity of tie systemWith the central positioning of tie holes on the panel it is required that the ties are always placed in. As is often the case with other similar systems mistakes of forgetting to place plastic plugs on tie holes not in use are eliminated.
Fast and accurate assemblyUnique configuration and shape of the extrusion members of ALPAN Panels allow attachment of 190 Aluminum Beams for accomplishing a perfect strait wall form and ultimately superb strait concrete wall, eliminating the possibility for deviations between panels as it is the case with other similar systems.
SymmetryArranged imprint on the concrete surface upon dismantling of ALPAN Panels gives a nice and symmetrical raster appearance.

There are two ways of handling ALPAN Wall Forms:
CRANE SET OPTIONALPAN Panels are assembled by hand into a large wall form and as such it is lifted by a crane and own into position for concrete placement. The sizes of ALPAN Wall Forms depend only on the capacity of the crane.
HAND SET OPTION ALPAN Panels can be assembled as a wall form with the hand set method; placing panel next to panel and installing connection wedge clamps in order to assemble a wall form ready for concrete placement. Also dismantling of ALPAN Wall Forms could be easily performed without the need of crane assistance and crane set option.
Efficient and easy tie installation: Installation and dismantling of ties is performed only from one side of the ALPAN Wall Forms, because tie plates with welded nuts on the other side are permanently attached to the middle box beam member of the ALPAN Panel (Fig.1). Working from only one side of the ALPAN Wall Form, tie rods are pushed through the ALPAN Panel and plastic spacer pipes, between panels, to the opposite ALPAN Panel that has xed plates with welded nuts (Fig. 2 & 3) where the tie rods are secured. Then working from the installation side two ALPAN Panels are secured by tightening of the tie rods with wing nuts (Fig.4).
