• Select PayDirt from top navigation:
• Enter Customer Information:

• Review data input fields: • Incentive/Reward summary populates:
• Click “Edit My PayDirt Request” or
“Submit My PayDirt Request”:

After Allison Sales Manger updates submission, an
Approved or Declined email will be generated.
• Declined: Email from [email protected]:

• Declined: View reason for decline by clicking “Details” button on
“My Submissions” page:
• You’ll be taken to Details page.

Email incentive letter to customer.
• Click “Email PayDirt Incentive Letter” button on “My Submissions”
page:
• You’ll be taken to submission summary page to view letter details
and can click “Email PayDirt Incentive Letter”:

• Once you review the Incentive Letter details, click “Email PayDirt
Incentive Letter”. Note will confirm the email was sent:
Generate/email incentive letter to customer.

Your customer receives this email to sign letter.
• Customer receives Incentive Letter email from

Your customer will electronically sign this letter.
• Customer clicks email link and is taken to digital, fully custom
Incentive Letter to sign name, company name, and date.

Once Incentive Letter is signed by your customer,
you’ll receive this email to add VINs/SNs.

View signed letter & add VIN(s) & S/N(s)
• To view and/or save the signed incentive letter, click “Details”, then
“View PayDirt Incentive Letter”
• Upon receipt of VIN(s) & Serial(s), click “Add VIN & S/N” button on
“My Submissions” page:

• Only approved models & quantities appear below. Click “Add Truck
Information” for any or all models here:

• Each Allison model requires:
• VIN
• OEM Make
• Transmission Serial Number
• OEM Model

• Select where Customer Incentive is sent:
• Customer

previously entered
• Dealer
• You must
enter/update the
following:
• Corporation Type
• Tax ID or
Business Number
• Dealership Name
• Dealership

• Click “Submit VIN & S/N” button

Add additional VIN(s) & S/N(s) for same submission
at a later time.• To add any remaining VINs & S/Ns per submission at a later time, click
“Add VIN & S/N” button. Once all have been entered, the gray submission will disappear.

After VIN(s) & S/N(s) have been submitted, the Allison
Advantage team will update submissions• Submissions are reviewed on a monthly basis
• Approved submissions move to next step
• Declined submissions may be corrected and will be reviewed
with next batch
– Note will include [email protected] to make edits, if
applicable.
Allison Advantage pays your rewards and customer
incentives.
