BOOKKEEPER
To enter this event, you must be invited for access on Direct Athletics online entry. To get the invite your bookkeeper will
need to do the following. Go to the event page on www.b3rsports.com & click on the “information for bookkeeper” tab.
There the coach or school bookkeeper will find a downloadable page that gives instructions on how to pay with check. If
paying with a credit card, please e-mail me ([email protected]) the individual who is paying e-mail. I will then send an
invoice via e-mail, once I have confirmation of the payment, I will then add the school and email the individual that their
school is good to enter. W-9 form is available on the bookkeeper tab as well. If B3R Sports must fill out any local vendor
forms for your specific county, there will be an additional $20 processing fee added to the total amount. If this processing
fee is not paid the school will not be allowed to compete.

College
$150 Single Gender $300 Combined M&F
High School
$80 Single Gender $140 Combined M&F (Varsity can run
10 runners) JV free with registration of varsity. If you wish to run each varsity races
your total is $280. Note: We do have cut off times (25
minutes boys, 30 minutes girls) for the varsity races. If your runners do not
finish by the cut off time, they will be pulled off the course. If you know the runners cannot make the cutoff time,
please put them in the JV race.
Middle & Elementary
Note: Middle School and Elementary are separate divisions. If you have
both a middle and elementary combined team your total is $200.

Coach Information
The Alligator Lake Invitational consist of a College 5k, High School 5k, Middle school 3k & Elementary 2k. The High
school 5k will have A boys and A girls Varsity Invite, as well as a JV race. Varsity races can run up to 10 athletes. If a
school would like to run in both varsity races, then they will have to pay the full entry fee for both races. The Invite and Green race will have a maximum of 20 teams in each race. After Online entries close meet management will divide the
teams up into the invite & green race. The top 20 teams (depending on total number of teams registered) will go into
the Invite. The next 20 teams will run in the green race. If you are a top team, please do not ask to run in the green race. If
you are not running your A team, please let me know Tuesday so I can put your team in the appropriate race. The Middle
school races will have a boy and girls 3k race. The elementary 2k race that will be combined with boys and girls. There will be no assigned starting boxes; it will be first come first serve.
Coaches please let your parents know that there are NO PETS allowed in the park. Any dogs brought into the park will have to remain in a vehicle. If you are an out of state team attending, please let me know asap so I can get the
proper sanctions.

If we do not have enough varsity teams to have two races, we will email all attending schools the week of and condense down to one varsity race.
Online Entry
Registration will be on www.directathletics.com. To be able to register your team, you must pay for your team first in order to be invited and added on
DA for registration. Please see above for those instructions in the bookkeeper section.
Registration will end Tuesday, September 15th at midnight. High School Middle & Elementary
school coaches please enter your entire roster, not just your Varsity runners. Any additions or changes
after the entry deadline and on race day is $5 per change, this includes spelling errors as well as

Packet Pick-Up
Packet pick up will start when the course opens Friday at 3:00 p.m. and end at 6 p.m. It will open
again Saturday morning at 5:30 a.m. when the gates open. Coaches must pay online to enter no checks
will be accepted the day of the event. Coaches please make sure you get your packets 30 minutes before your race to ensure enough time to get the timing
chips signed out and onto your runner’s shoes. Coaches will be in charge of returning the timing
chips back where they picked their packets up.
Parents Information
Parking
There will be a $10.00 per vehicle charge for spectator parking. Team buses and team vans
are free, if a parent has an athlete in the car they still must pay $10. Coaches please make sure your parents are aware of this! This fee is in place of admission and helps pay for timing,
venue rental and donation to our local group.
PETS
NO PETS allowed in the park. Any dogs brought into the park will have to remain in a
vehicle. This is a park policy, FHSAA policy and B3R Sports Insurance policy. This will be strictly
enforced!
Concessions
We will have a food truck on site selling breakfast.
Athletes Information
Course
The course is 90% in the shade on nice grass trails around the beautiful Alligator Lake Park. The course will be marked with mile markers as well as kilometer markers. The Course has been
the host site of the Alligator Lake run 2008-present, Greater North Florida (Columbia High
School) 08,09, FHSAA 3A District 2 in 2009, FHSAA Region 1 1A, 2A & 3A 2011, 2013, 2015.
This will be the host site of the 202 Florida Youth XC Championships.

Event Shirts
Event t-shirts will be $20.00 cash
$21.00 credit card and in limited quantity at the
event.
Event Collectible Lapel Pins
A great addition to your varsity letter or for that track bag to show
off where you have raced. Event pins will be $3 cash $4 credit
card.
Individual Awards HS Varsity top 2 receive
trophies, 3-10 receive medals 11-50 ribbons. HS
JV top 3 medals 4-25 ribbons
Middle/ Elementary top 2 trophies top 3-10 medals
11-50 ribbons.
Award trophies & medals will be handed out 30
minutes near the green trailer. You can come get your medal and we will take your athletes
picture with their medal. Team awards will also be
handed out 30 minutes after the race is finished. Please
have the entire team come so we can take their picture with the
trophy.
Team Awards High School Varsity, High School JV & Middle School Teams top 2 overall teams Boys and Girls will receive these acrylic trophies.
Instant results as you finish Half-Mile Timing will have a scoreboard scrolling
individual times as the runners finish. After the last individual finishes each race you can find the results on
halfmiletiming.com.
Custom Mile Markers We have custom mile markers as well as kilometer markers. The high school has gators while the middle school has little kids as markers.
