A N N U A L G E N E R A L M E E T I N G O F S H A R E H O L D E R S

(the Meeting) of Allianz Global Investors Fund (the Company) will be held at the Registered Office of the Company at 6A, route de Trves, 2633 Senningerberg, Luxembourg, on Friday 23 January 2015 at 11:00 CET for the purpose of considering and voting upon the following matters:

A g e n d a :

1. Acceptance of the report of the Board of Directors and the report of the independent Auditors and to approve the financial statements as well as the use of income (if any) for the accounting year ended September 30, 2014.

2. Discharge of the Board of Directors of the Company in the exercise of their mandate during the accounting year ended September 30, 2014.

3. Re-election of Mr. Daniel Lehmann, Mr. Frank Klausfelder, Mr. Markus Nilles and Mr. Markus Breidbach as Directors of the Board until the next Annual General Meeting.

4. Re-election of PricewaterhouseCoopers, S. r.l., Luxembourg, as Auditor until the next Annual General Meeting.

5. Consideration of such other business as may properly come before the Meeting.

V o t i n g: Resolutions on the Agenda of the Meeting will require no quorum and will be taken at the majority of the votes expressed at the Meeting. The quorum and majority requirements will be determined in accordance to the outstanding shares on January 18, 2015 midnight CET (the Record Date). The voting rights of Shareholders shall be determined by the number of shares held at the Record Date.

V o t i n g A r r a n g e m e n t s: Authorized to attend and vote at the meeting are shareholders who are able to provide a confirmation from their depository bank or institution showing the number of shares held by the Shareholder as per the Record Date to the Transfer Agent RBC Investor Services Bank S.A., Domiciliary Services, 14, Porte de France, 4360 Esch-sur-Alzette, Luxembourg, to arrive in Luxembourg by no later than 11:00 CET on January 21, 2015. Any shareholders entitled to attend and vote at the meeting shall be entitled to appoint a proxy to vote on his/her behalf. The proxy form, in order to be valid, must be duly completed and signed under the hand of the appointer or his/her attorney or if the appointer is a corporation, under its common seal or under the hand of a duly authorised officer, and sent to the Transfer Agent RBC Investor Services Bank S.A., Domiciliary Services, 14, Porte de France, 4360 Esch-sur-Alzette, Luxembourg, to arrive in Luxembourg by no later than 11:00 CET on January 21, 2015.
