Upper Trapezius Stretch:DO NOT USE THE HAND ON THE HEAD. Gently bend your head towards the leftshoulder while graspingyour seat with your righthand or while bending yourright arm behind you. back and down– Minimize forearm rotation– Minimize wrist side to side movements– Maintain correct sitting posture– Avoid bending forward at your back; use your legs!
