An orphan child, he constantly felt the need to prove himself: fighting bigger kids, going into scary caves, and, even, beating up goblins. This nature only grew more and more bold as he grew physically. Taking to the blade, he would take his self taught swordsmanship to many duels. While he didn't lose his life, he lost an eye and holds many other scars from his foolishness. But, from all this, he learned to fight with a blade like no other. One day, in a duel to the death, both his arms were broken by his opponent. Refusing to die, Allard picked up a blade with his mouth and killed his foe with a flurry from his neck. Shocked at what he did, he realized he had discovered a new dimension to sword combat. Spending the next few years practicing, he created and mastered the new style of swordmanship: Santoryu or "Three Sword Style."
