Have a Bachelor’s Degree?
Hooray! You are done with all ADN/graduation requirements.
SB 1393 excuses those with a baccalaureate or higher degree from a regionally accredited institution from those courses which are not specifically part of the registered nursing degree program (excluding the program’s prerequisites).
So your Bachelor’s degree covers the AHC and BRN/ADN graduation requirements

Financial Aid Information for Nursing
Due to the CNA course only being 12 units, and not qualifying as a financial aid approved goal, we recommend you follow the advice below about declaring a major. However, if CNA is your final goal, state financial aid, which is CA College Promise Grant, will waive the tuition for the CNA course upon enrollment.
Since your Associate Degree in Nursing major (which are all the prereqs to the nursing programs, e.g., Biol 124, Biol 125, Biol 128, Engl 101, Math 331 or 309 etc.) isn’t an actual major at AHC, and is NOT covered by federal financial aid, it is recommended that Pre-Nursing students declare themselves as a A.A. Liberal Arts (Non-Transfer): Science and Math emphasis when filing out the CCC Apply App. or when filling out a Change of Major Form at Admissions and Records window.
