Engineers can set a series of measurements of the test components into a test group. All 64 groups can be programmed to be automatically stored in the memory with each group having up to 30 test steps.

The parameters of each step, including the Hi/Lo limit can be set.

MICROTEST precision impedance analyzer allows for two ways to trigger test using multistep feature:

1. In the menu (Manual Trigger) button

2. In automatic (Auto Trigger) to detect connection with DUT

When all test steps are completed, screen will display results of each of the selected test parameters (will show PASS/Hi/Lo)

Graphical Charts to enhance effi ciency

MICROTEST LCR meters provides a full range of PC connection software. Students can easily design tests

on the computer and create lab reports

MICROTEST Impedance Analyzer Series provides engineer with a test frequency range of 20KHz to 10 MHz with high precision, high intelligence, and high resolution characteristics, including DC resistance measurements and voltage/current monitoring. Multistep function with PASS / FAIL on the test screen can also be used. Each programmed test provides up to 30 sets of test steps. Students can use the graphic scans (Chart Mode) to display the components. The impedance characteristics with frequency and voltage variations will provide the students with quick and effi cient data for analysis. These testers can also connect to PC with our PC connection software, allowing for easy and effi cient access to data.
