Badminton is a sport for everyone. We have reserved the entire sports hall where you can play a match. Singles or doubles, everything is possible and allowed.
Rackets and shuttles are available.

Thursday 18:30 – 19:30 dance studio (ground floor) Glúteo…Abdomen...Pierna... The lesson mainly consists of muscle-strengthening exercises on music. These exercises have been specially selected to tone the buttocks, abdominal muscles, and leg muscles without increasing their volume. The pace of the exercises allows you to lose a lot of calories and fat. The course not only stimulates muscle toning but also flexibility!

Bootcamp ● it always seems impossible until it’s done
● Tuesday 18:30 – 19:30 fitness + outdoor! Bootcamp is a full-body workout outside using functional material. You practice in group and together we work on strength and endurance. The series of exercises are with or without partner, challenging, functional and enjoyable. You do the exercises at your own level.

The fitness is an hour available for individual trainings. There will be a personal trainer who will ask for your personal goal and help you with the exercises, give demo’s

The professional teachers will try to teach you this Israeli martial arts form, by means of condition training, lessons in self-defence and sparring. Be surprised by the enthusiasm of the teachers from the ‘Crazy Legs Dance School’ and strut your stuff during 5 lessons! Lindy Hop originated in N.Y. in the 20's and 30's and is an Afro-American dance style which characterises by the fusion of jazz, Tap and Charleston. Monday 20:00 – 21:30 big sports hall Into football? We have futsal on Monday. You can play a game or have your technique improved by a certified lecturer. All levels are welcome! And ladies too of course! We warm up together, possibly practice some techniques and next we play a game. (Larger groups may be divided according to level.)

Urban dance is a collective name for dance styles that has its origin outside the dance studio. Urban dance includes
evolving hip hop and funk dance styles that originated in the United States such as break dance, hip hop, popping, house dance and New Style. This dance style is a deepening and specialization in the general hip hop style that is still growing. Every urban dancer develops his own style.

Thursday 20:00 – 21:30 big sports hall Feel like giving it your all during a game of volleyball? Or maybe you're looking for someone to help you improve your technique? This offer has it all. A certified teacher is always present to answer any question you may have! All levels are welcome! You warm up in group and practice techniques where needed. The rest of the time you will play a match of volleyball (when there is a lot of interest you will be divided in groups according to your level.)

techniques are also attributed a beneficial effect on the nervous system, glands and other important organs. The purpose of yoga is to promote health and well-being.
